Wow!This place is amazing for the price!My 5 year old and 2 year old loved it!Not to mention the staff member Nicole was OUTSTANDING!! She was so kind on the phone and then we had the privilege of having her there while we were!She was lined up and handled everything so professionally with a smile on her face. Although the place was so fun and my kids loved it, Nicole will be the reason why we are regulars!

We have had a very positive experience first time visiting this indoor playground facility for the toddlers. They have areas where appropriate aged children can play. There are a lot of seating arrangements for the parents and guests. This place is well organized and maintained. You can book for a party here for birthday celebration. They also have a snack bar in case you or your kids are hungry. The staffs were very nice and friendly. We will surely be returning back to this place. I would definitely recommend this place.

We have used the Jungle Hut for a birthday celebration and it was fantastic! The staff were amazing and professional! They went above and beyond to make sure we were all having a great time! The children and adults alike enjoyed the play area and the party room was well laid out to accommodate all our guests! Overall friendly staff, great service and a very clean, safe and fun environment to be in! I totally recommend this place!

Personnel was very helpful. We spent there couple hours. Food was acceptable, they should clean tables more often, but I can't say, they are going around and pay attention to every kid. Cheap entrance under 4y 12.50$. +4 16.50$ and you can bring your own drinks.

Decent, needs some updating. Lower rating due to inability to communicate hours of operation. Planned a group of 10 to have a play date there and when we got there we were informed they were closed for a private event which is not posted online.So, I guess call before or go to another place like we did

awesome place for kids it literally only cost like 20 dollars! theres couches u can chill comfortably, the kids cant escape, free wifi, trampolines, massage chairs etc.They do not accept cash and bring toonies if u want a massage lol

Held my daughters third birthday party here over the weekend and it was perfect! The tables and chairs for the littles were wonderful and the kids loved the playground and trampoline area. Rock climbing walls and separate play area for the really young kids make this spot a good choice for all ages. They took care of the cleaning and even offered to help move things out to the car when we were done. Would definitely recommend for your childs birthday party.

First time going with my two year old it was a fun place to go too. It was $7 there was a special for June I think. The worker was nice. I read before hand that you can’t bring outside food but saw some reviews about there being pizza there so I expected us to have lunch there I got there and they didn’t have food more like snacks. Was told there wasn’t cold water cause shipment. It was really hot in there no ac or fan going. The thing I did not like was that it just doesn’t look like it gets cleaned regularly; the jungle gym, the toys, the Matt’s look dirty and the tables to eat at had residue on it that I had to wipe off. I know it takes time to clean up places like that but like it needs to be done even having playing breaks to do it like how some places do that.

The worse playground to go. They charge 20 bucks for 2 years old kid with zero maintenance. After sitting there for 10 minutes you start to have headache due to strong mold smell. Toys are very dirty, overall the place itself is very dirty. Don't recommend anyone to go to this playground with their little kids. Your kids will definitely get a bacteria and virus as mine already did.

Had my daughter’s birthday here yesterday and it was great! Staff were helpful and friendly, kiddos had a blast, and I love that there are semiprivate spaces available that are gated.My only feedback would be that you’re only allowed to set up 15 minutes ahead of the party. I understand that they have to clean after each party, but 15 minutes is a very short window, especially once guests start to come. It was hectic and rushed at the beginning, but smooth sailing once we were underway.Thanks, Jungle Hut!
