Not very good quality. Bought a jacket a while ago and less than a year later the pockets ripped twice ($18 to fix once and the jacket was $30!) and another rip on the front along the seam. Needed soap and water to wipe clean, whereas water should have been fine

I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. The sales clerk refused to let me try on a dress today, staying that the dress is an xs. I am 140 lbs at 58 (slender body type with fuller chest). The lady was completely rude! I now know why their store is always empty. They lack customer service and it shows. I don't expect this store to be around for much longer."
