Great hotel stay. My wife and I live locally, but wanted to have a getaway for the night. The location is close to all downtown amenities. Service was fast and friendly. Our king room was clean and had everything we needed. Even covered our parking cost underground at the market close by.

We had a great stay! The room was spacious, clean and very modern. The smart TV was a plus so we could watch all of our shows while away from home. The beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Front desk staff went above and beyond to help when we needed or and bring up anything we requested. Great location as well with loads of restaurants and entertainment. We will stay again when in London.

An overnight visit for a birthday found us in this quirky cool hotel. The service at the desk was helpful and friendly. The rooms were great. Clean and fresh. The age of the building makes for very noisy floors and you hear the people above you walking. You also hear the people in your room walking so the people below you hear when you are moving too. Overall it really was a pleasant stay, the bed was comfortable and it was a spacious room.

Spend the night here for a work trip. Stayed on the top floor the room was neat sorta like a New York apartment, it had a massive window looking over at Fanshawe colleges culinary building. We’ll definitely be back!Parking was bit hard with a full size pickup was able to find a spot a short walking distance away. Check out the bagel shop across the street.

Hotel Metro is my favourite spot for a staycation. Located in the heart of downtown London, Hotel Metro offers a luxury retreat close to popular amenities such as the Covent Garden Market and Budweiser Gardens. I have had some of the best sleeps of my life here on their Vera Wang mattresses and loads of pillows. The deep bath tub is an absolute dream. Other bonus features include individually temperature controlled rooms, light dimmers and many accessible electrical ports. The front desk staff are courteous and accommodating 24 hours a day. I have always been able to get an early check in and a late check out.

Room was modern and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is an issue, as downtown London has lots of drug use so that was concerning.

Rooms are modern, and the layout is very romantic. The only downside is the parking as you need to park at the market but overall not that bad.

Good and spacious rooms. Room was clean.They have system where you get the room door code via email. No access cards. Encountered this system for the first time.The room does not have an extra lock to secure the door. Something the hotel can improve on.
