After being given 5 free deliveries for joining I was only able to claim 1 and after inquiring about it with multiple people with multiple emails I was ignored.Now they have changed deliveries time so the latest they'll pick up is 1-3pm. Keep in mind most people work till 5 so this automatically make this service useless to more than half my customers. I carry frozen products so it is not an option for my products to be picked up and left in this weather.

Sales team is super pushy. They kept cold e-mailing us every 3 to 4 days to get us to sign up and when I politely asked them to stop emailing because we are in the process of planning some shipping strategies and that we would contact them if we decided to go with them they were like ”okay, I’ll follow up in another few months” then my partner more firmly told them no, do not contact us we will reach out on our own schedule, they were like “oh never mind, I don’t think we would make a good business partnership”. Way to lose customers before you even have them

My experiences with Trexity are exceptional.First and foremost, their customer service was top-notch. The representatives I interacted with were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to address all my inquiries and concerns. They exhibited a genuine willingness to assist and ensure a seamless delivery process. (MEG ,Salo,Yass and Nikhi)Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by their user-friendly tracking system. I have worst experience do delivery with trexity. The payment is very bad they pay for the driver. The driver working to make money for trexity not for driver. Today I got an order. The order shows total 36kms and the total payment is $40.5 but once I finished the order I noticed I drove 48kms in total for the order. So be aware about the payment and kms

Honestly pretty useless. It's only a half thought out idea. It's set up to deliver things from your location to a another, but there is zero in the way of getting pick ups done and brought to you. They expect you to set up a location that isn't yours as if it's your own, email and send a special label to your pickup location and rely on them to print it and sort that out before the pickup happens...creating 3X the work on both ends compared to a regular courier. No business wants to take that on and every other courier service on earth can do pickups and deliveries without all of the extra hassle. We send for pickups almost daily at my business and was hoping this would be a good solution, found out real fast that it is the worst we've come across.They're sales people are also super pushy and try to justify the lack of basic usability in every way possible. Tried to find solutions to make this work but they have no interest in that.Stay away from this one.

Terrible service and customer service drivers are subpar and do not follow instructions and packages get mixed up that’s leading to my customers getting upset when you try to confront management they stop responding to your call and never get back to you I asked for A management To return my call over three times and she never did and the sales team is very pushy and when you’re signed up and you have a problem they say you’re free to leave that’s very terribleI wouldn’t recommend this courier to anyoneIt’s a lot of work printing shipping labels and attaching things when most companies are all digital
