It's organized and clean, they have some nice emergency supplies that might be beneficial for someone living on rez, the voyager ware is nice but I wish they had more selection

I would recommend allowing for a bit more time when collecting your textbooks, weeks even. Amazon will give you better prices. This shop will have most of what you need, though if they have no stock make sure to allow for time to order it in. Don't get your textbooks after the first day of classes.

They NEVER order enough books for students. Then you get them to order more when school already started, you wait two weeks and show up again, still no books, then you go back and find out they ordered the wrong ones, then they tell you to go get it yourself on amazon. Horrible service, not to mention the two ladies who deal with the orders are very rude people.

I'll be honest the prices are a bit hefty for some of the stuff but like, offer and demand and it's on campus so... Very nice staff, pretty good deals sometimes:)

Staff at the end of the school year were grumpy. They were rude and ignoring many people. They are often in a rush and yelling. Low stock on just about everything, and not many merchandise like other universities have. Slow service and crappy hours. A big disappointment from LU.

One of our textbooks has been backordered for months, and then when it was in stock they have delayed in getting it to students, even though we are 3 weeks into the school year. I lost my credit card they had on file, so I just got notification that they cancelled my order because the card bounced, instead of calling for a new card number. So I had to start the process all over again and likely won't get my book for another week. Order from somewhere else. There are lots of options. I wanted to support the University by ordering from the bookstore, but apparently they are not interested in supporting students.

Terrible service. Not very concerned with the student's needs. If you preorder a book and they're not going to get it, they dont bother to call you to let you know. The Amin lady was somewhat nice but other staff were just plain rude

It has most of the course books, but is overpriced due to their financial structure and high overhead. Amazon will serve more cheaply, if you can sit the three days to get what you need. Staff are great, despite the admin burden.
