The skewers were much better than the noodles, maybe I ordered a not very authentic dish. The texture of the noodles were nice but the flavors were just alright. Highly recommend the beef and lamb skewers. The service was a bit slow, however kudos to the one and only server in the store who were busy because he had to deal with literally everything.

Fresh hand pulled noodles. Overall, satisfying. The broth was a bit salty and I feel there could've been a bit more beef, but the broth was nice and hot. I would definitely return

Great portion sizes and great food! Service was fast and the dishes we had were fantastic. Something I have been craving for awhile but didn’t know what it was called. It was a great treat!

Went here on a last minute decision with most restaurants being full on a Friday night. Honestly was surprised at how amazing the food was. The widest" noodle was perfectly chewy in texture and flavourful having absorbed the beef soup broth. I highly recommend ordering the tea in egg if you're having a soupy noodle dish.One guy was running around (literally) to serve dine-in guests and take-out orders. Kudos to him

The texture of the noodles was ok. However it was a very disappointing experience as the skewers I ordered were way overcooked and chewy. I could barely swallow them. When I tried to send them back for a redo, the waiter plainly told me they wouldn't do it. Ok, then I tried to reorder a more expensive item. Nope, they were still going to charge me for the inedible skewers. I really think the owner needs to rethink their business model. In the end I brought those skewers home for my dog and decided to never go back. Not a very smart businessman, especially when they are not the best tasting noddle house in Hamilton.

The food is decent. Broth is average but not overly complex. The hot pot is lacking variety and umami, but is still alright. The green tea egg was nice as a side. The noodles may be homemade but they aren't terribly exciting, with more of a dried ramen consistency. It appears they do mostly takeout and delivery, as there wasn't much of an eat-in experience at all.

Decided to finally try this restaurant. I didn’t have any expectations at all.First thing you’ll notice is that half the restaurant is closed, I believe the side where the noodle maker is.I found the menu to be confusing with NO pictures of items to be found. Had to ask the server about how to order the Ramen because it was so u clear.Order the beef brisket with broth and Ramen noodles. Sadly 85% of the ‘brisket’ was grizzle or fat, very disappointing. I brought it up to the server and he basically dismissed it and said that’s what they always serve. The noodles and broth were ok, nothing special.I definitely miss Mystic Ramen and can’t wait to visit them in their new location on King William right beside Hambrgr.

Delicious food! We got the beef skewers, beef sliced noodles, rice cake, tofu, and beef fried rice. All very tasty. Come here if you want to treat yourself to some mildly spicy, slightly oily but tasty food.The service was also quick and easy.

I don’t usually make reviews for restaurants, but this one was incredible! The sliced noodles, the dumplings, the beef and lamb skewers were to die for. Our waiter was very nice and gave us the recommendation of adding the vinegar to our broth and it definitely made a difference.Highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be coming back!
