I bought my first house this year with help from Dawn Magee. Despite an unusally long house search (both due to the poor buyer's market at the time and my own particularly specific tastes!) Dawn was always very patient even in the face of being outbid or my many changes of heart. Dawn was also very knowledgeable and able to answer the majority of my questions as a first-time buyer and I would definitely recommend her for other first-time buyers.

My partner and I moved to NS in the fall of 2020 after a bout with cancer and during peak pandemic time.
