I had the pleasure of taking one of Ashley's beginner Pilates classes last week. As a true beginner, I found it to be a very approachable experience. I enjoyed our session, and felt inspired to learn and grow more. She has a calming demeanour, and a very high level of knowledge. She did an excellent job explaining the fundamentals, but made sure to explain how the skills would be grown in the future. Additionally, Ashley was very open to feedback, which in my opinion, shows her willingness to continue to grow too (always an extremely positive trait in a teacher).Regardless of your fitness level, or experience with Pilates, I highly recommend trying a class with Ashley. You will not be disappointed. I look forward to building my own skill set in Pilates and continuing to grow my confidence and fitness vocabulary with Ashley. Let her inspire you to move!

I had always wanted to try Pilates and now I really enjoy it! Ashley is an excellent instructor. She explains all the moves very well and how they will progress in the future. Signing up for session #3!!!

Ashley is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and welcoming when I have never done Pilates. She made exercise to be fun and I loo forward to her classes. Thank you Ashley.

I've always been super curious about pilates but also very nervous about trying something new that my body wasn't use to and wind up hurting myself. However, Ashley made it super fun and easy to learn! From calmly explaining each movement very well to noticing and correcting some of my movements, Ashley made my first attempt at pilates a breeze and I look forward to joining her classes again soon.Results: I have a better understanding of how to engage my core muscles as well as focusing on not using muscles that aren't needed. The stretches I learned also helped free up some of the pain and discomfort I had in my lower back, hips and knees!Thank you Ashley!
