So I went into this store as I needed a bag for the wife. I have a vague idea, but I did not realize I was way in over my head. Then I met Charity. She was THE BEST. She was helping multiple customers at the same time as me which was good cause it looked like she was really busy, and I was able to get all the details and I feel confident in my purchase.. Went to the store today, was shopping for a purse for my significant other. I had no idea what to pick. Keshia was the young lady working at the store, she was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me pick a very unique purse that I think will be a great Christmas present. Yup, Keshia definitely deserves a raise!

Bentley is not known for any specific brand ie designer I think it's mostly their own brand. Anyway I went in her to pick up a card case for my husband's safety tickets for work and I was pleasantly surprise to see the are now carrying Lug products. Granted the selection isn't huge but their BOGO applies to it so it might be worth it to stop in there more often.

Not only is the store well laid out, it's isles are just right to walk through comfortably, products neatly put on shelves, most notable is that lovely young sales associate, Ruby, who was so professional yet very warm in dealing with her customers. She's wonderful.
