OMG Jaspreet and Toula were phenomenal, exceptional, incredibly helpful, and entirety patient with us today. They both helped my son and provided world class customer service. I wish I met more people like Jaspreet and Toula in my day. This location is lucky to have them on their staff. They both deserve a RAISE. Thank you for the excellent guidance and the laughs!

On Saturday, October 15th at approximately 1:07pm, I had an unfortunate experience with my usual insurers, Freedom West Insurance in Eriksdale, Manitoba. The gist of the story is I went to insure my vehicle at Freedom West Insurance in Eriksdale, Manitoba and they carelessly entered the wrong information in my insurance forms which led to $1000 in fines that I received after I was pulled over by police and informed my vehicle wasn't insured. They also completely refused to acknowledge the situation. Please see my Google review on Freedom West Insurance in Eriksdale, Manitoba for my detailed story of why you should NOT deal with them. It could cost you thousands.I accepted the ticket, thanked the officer and headed to the closest insurance place to my location and it happened to be Wyatt Dowling on St. James.Upon entering I was immediately greeted by their friendly staff and didn't have to wait long to be helped. They were completely baffled by my situation but were able to help me get exactly what I needed while also explaining to me what may have happened with my regular insurers. They sold me exactly what I needed and gave me an explanation of the dates that everything is effective, the costs and empathized with my situation. This is something that my normal insurers refused to do. I will absolutely be switching to Wyatt Dowling as soon as possible. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful and above all, knowledgeable and professional regarding their job. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.Wyatt Dowling put me at ease when everyone else made me think I'm going to have to cancel Christmas for my kids, one of whom is autistic. I'm a single father, I cannot afford to pay $1000 in fines because of Freedom West Insurance in Eriksdale Manitoba but this is where I stand because of unprofessional and careless people who make their customers pay for their mistakes. Wyatt Dowling, in my experience, is the opposite of this and I can't wait to begin business with them. I went there with my daughter (the one by Ellice Ave) and whoever is at the front desk should NOT be working in a customer service. She talked to me condescendingly as well with the other Asian customer who she directed to the other employee. I will never go back at that particular location. The owner should train her to be more inclusive as well as telling her that smiling to customer will not cost her a dime. (Went there today, June 15 around 3:45 pm)

Wasted 30 mins there trying to get replacement license plates after mine were stolen. First the lady asked which vehicle it was for and started to work on the WRONG one. Then she called MPI about getting me replacement Jets plates since they didn't have any there and all she did was tell me I should just try going to MPI myself because they might" have some there. When I clarified asking "so you're telling me to go somewhere else who "may" have them in stock and if they don't I'll be in the same position I'm in now?" her response was YES! So unprofessional trying to pass me off to be someone elses problem. I'd rather take my chances getting pulled over by the cops than dealing with her again!"

Awesome service! We did our process for drivers license and car registration and it took a bit longer due to be a province moving. Alvin was great explaining what was needed, our options and walking us through the process! Ir was really kind of him to stay way past closing time and no fuss about it! You got yourself a customer!

This was my first and last time visiting here. I wish there could be no star option.Toulq malliaris was super rude and loud in talking, body language and behaviour. It feels bad when you go first thing in the morning to get something done and get that kind of service. Never going there again.

Geraldine was very helpful. The ones that worked here previously were not. This was a good change.

I had questions regarding our insurance renewal and the increase that was applied. I spoke with Alvin who was FANTASTIC!!! He answered all of my questions and determined that there were additional discounts that could be applied to our policy. Alvin ended up saving us over $700 on our annual premium!! That's what i call fantastic Customer Service!! THANKS ALVIN, GREAT JOB!
