At Victoria secret, the Casher made a mistake by billing me for an item that I exchanged and forgot a magnet tag on another item that I had to go twice after that visit to get everything fixed.Very impatient and unprofessional staff.The other staff on the floor don’t help customers with looking to items unless you go and ask them.All of them are just walking around pretending like working.I had the worst experience ever going there. I’ll definitely avoid going to this location from now on as much as possible.

Nicely organized and friendly staff. You can try body splashes and fragrances. Sometimes they got really good offers and discounts.

Absolutely garbage. I saw the manager walking on the floor and I heard her trying to discreetly tell her employees to pretend like they're folding clothes and how they should watch certain people because she suspects that they're stealing. This is super unprofessional because she was so loud and obnoxious about it. Customers were still in the store and everyone was clearly buying their items.. It's very racist and it's absolutely disgusting behaviour. I would never recommend shopping at this location. Take your $$$ elsewhere.

Had the best experience at this location ever today. I have shopped here many times over the years & this is the first time I have felt compelled to leave a review.We were helped by Annalea ( I hope that's the right spelling) she is a customer service super star. She was so incredibly helpful & kind. She was also very personable. Thank you so much for making our shopping experience an extremely positive one.

I was there a multiple times and my experience was quite pathetic.I don't know if this store is short in staff, bad communication, bad cooperation or bad management but all my experience I can describe as long waiting and not helpful.Especially if I compare to VS stores in other locations.Recently I went there two days in a row to find a few items:1 day - long waiting for anyone who can help with selection and sizes. I asked a few sales people and they redirected me to someone else who didn't show up. I had to ask multiple times for help and wait, wait and wait to someone finally to show up. Long waiting in fitting room for changing sizes and no one actually showed up. I waited actually quite long in fitting room as well. I was short on time that day and waisted that time for nothing.2 day - I got lucky to talk to someone but no one was willing to check availability of items in their store. And again Long waiting in fitting room, no one showed up at all again.That explains why at least I had to spend so much time in this store because if all the time I have to go by myself back and forth to exchange sizes, colours etc. then of course it takes longer to process.I don't want to blame anyone personally because I don't know what is the problem in this store but generally this was a nightmare to shop at.At least products are nice.

Had a horrible experience with the manager there, treated me with a big attitude when i was just trying to make a simple transaction. I just felt very belittled and as though she was talking down to me. Uncomfortable experience.

PINK had everything I needed and more :') Definitely spent more money than necessary, LOL, but they had a great sale. I am very content with everything I purchased - fit and quality of the material.

Shyann was absolutely amazing! I had no experience/knowledge and she was so helpful and passionate in helping to ensure I was able to find the right fit. She recognized my unique body shape and selected bras that were appropriate. I ended up purchasing all 4 that she recommended! Never felt comfortable wearing bras in the past because I wasn’t choosing types or sizes that were a match.Shyann made me feel so comfortable and empowered. Thank you so much for your kindness, so glad to have met you and had you to assist me!

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on [date]. I visited your store at Vaughan Mills and purchased some products. I then went to grab another item and when I returned, I faced a longer line than before. After waiting for 5 minutes, when my mother was still on the line with me, I decided to tell the cashier that it was not fair to stand twice in line. However, she didn't accept me and told me to go and join my mother on the line. I requested help because I was in a rush but she fought me. After a couple of minutes when it was my mother's turn, she didn't accept to sell the products for us and told us that she was the manager. When I asked her name from herself and other cashier they said they were not allowed to tell me. I had the worst experience of shopping from my favorite brand unfortunately. I think it would never be forgotten because I begged her to help me because our second turn had passed too but she rejected us. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely,Farnoosh
