Very busy place. Always very clean. Lots of cool options for teens and young adults who are into more of an active wear lifestyle.

Purchased joggers and two shirts, this took well over 10 minutes to pay. The atmosphere is very unprofessional, customer service isn't apart of their vocabulary. 3 could be gossiping or gazing around, one was dancing. I waited at the till patiently to pay for my clothes.

I just want you guys to know I won’t be shopping at champs ever again. On June 2nd I placed order ending in #228416 for a Mickey Mouse shirt with hopes of receiving the item in a reasonable time. After several days of the order sitting in the awaiting carrier pick up status I decided to stop by your store in Victoria Texas today where it was being shipped out of. After speaking to the person on staff she proceeded to inform me that the order had been pulled and set for delivery but an employee was allowed to try on and buy the exact item that I had ordered which was the only one in stock. This order had already been paid for in full. No phone call, no email, no nothing informing me of this issue. Was I ever gonna get a refund if I didn’t go into the store? And how can you allow an employee to purchase someone else’s items after they have already been paid for? This speaks volumes on the company and the people you employ.

One of my go to places for shoes and apparel. They have a decent number of styles available. However size is always an issue for me. They sell out too fast at times for the cool shoes.

So, went in to buy a pair of runners, approx 250.00 did not have in my size... Not their fault, but the young lady helping me put the shoes away and then walked away... Did not ask if I wanted to try a different color or style.... Horrible service will go spend my money at another store.

This place never have any nice shoes, it's pretty sad, the staff are always nice.

Great selection and customer service too. Store very clean as well. Prices are average for a mall location.

Got shoes for both my kids there and they were so helpful. The selection was awesome and the price was great too

Nice shoes but the customer service was terrible. One was literally laying on a table on his phone and another had a bad attitude about bringing out an alternate pair of white shoes after we had discovered some marks and scuffs.
