Historic Military Base Trees
Colors weren't as bright this year (2022), possibly due to the warm fall, or maybe the overall health of the trees. There's a lot of dead wood that could be trimmed away. Maybe they're getting a little too historic, reaching the end of their life span. I hope the City does something to maintain the treeline, either through maintenance or replanting. Would be a shame to lose this distinctive part of our urban forest.
