I had an issue with the A/C and found My Home Comfort through a referral. When I contacted them, the response was very prompt and courteous. The technician too was very friendly, polite and professional and beyond making the repairs, answered all my questions and explained some basic maintenance that he felt was within my capability. My furnace stopped working and the winter season was coming soon and needed it fixed asap. I was able to call my home comfort and a technician came that day to check it out. tried his best to see what the issue was and told me it was multiple different issues, even he got it running it was consistent and I realized I had to get it changed as it was already pretty old and changing the different parts was not really worth it. The technician advised me of the different part prices and also advised me of the different new furnaces that I can possibly change it too. Was able to show me the prices and was able to clarify all the questions I had with clear details, so that I understood the whole process and the difference between each furnace. I was able to choose a furnace and with in the same week, the technician was able to come and change it for me as I advised him I need it to be done asap. The technician was very respectful, knowledgeable, professional and understanding of the situation. I would recommend My Home Comfort to everyone as they are the best in this industry.

I called to get my AC fixed during the heat wave. The tech was knowledgeable and he even show me how to do maintenance on the AC after. The price was Reasonable even when it was on the long weekend.

Had a wonderful experience with My Home Comfort. I had been battling a flaky furnace over this winter, and the technician was super patient and resourceful in providing multiple different furnace options. Once we landed on an Amana furnace, he scheduled a date and had my furnance swapped within the day! My home feels a lot warmer now, and I would definitely recommend.
