Lovely customer service when all you're doing is feeding them business, but not so lovely when they are accounted for their mistakes.As it happened, they swapped my child's Large size school uniform with someone else's Small size; it was most likely given to the wrong customer as I've seen they handle lots of McCarthy uniforms at this location.As I've brought this issue to the counter clerk's attention, her face turned from all fake smiles to dark real grim. She repeatedly cut me off, denied ever having received the garment, raised her voice at me, probably as an attempt to intimidate me. Yet, despite my efforts to explain and show evidence for my claim, the clerk remained grumpy and in constant denial about her/their wrongdoing. She showed absolutely no intention to try to help reach a resolution.Never going back there again, as they lack honesty, good conscience, common decency, and willingness to fix wrongdoings.

Thank you, this was an excellent experience on an import item. I really appreciate the attention to detail in making this prom dress perfect. Also the owner was nice and helpful.Amazing. Do RECOMMEND.

Don't waste your time and money to have alterations done here. She takes zero ownership for her work. She blames her other employees and even the manufacturer of the dress, talks over you and is extremely rude.I took a dress and skirt to get hemmed for weddings I was attending. Firstly, they were not ready when I was told, I went back the next morning as I was told to do and still not ready. To make things worse they were not hemmed correctly. The skirt was at least 2 inches too long (with shoes) and the dress was hemmed uneven. I had no choice but to wear the skirt as is, and took the dress back so it could be fixed. It was slightly better but still uneven. Again no choice but to wear it as it.I went back to explain the alterations were still not done correctly for a second time. At this point I don't trust to have it altered for a third time and just wanted my money back or a credit for the dry cleaning I had with me.The owner (or the lady who is there all time) refused. She wouldn't stop shouting/talking long enough for me to properly explain what my issues were and how it could be solved. She was extremely rude and I WAS a repeat customer of hers.

Terrible. Almost 3 weeks to put 2 tiny patches on jeans. She told my husband I have to keep them in front of me so I remember to do them"- What!?! And then whem i called to complain asked me "do you think this is easy"?? Yes - for you

Always friendly and on time. Would recommend if you are in the area, she has hemmed multiple sets of my pants.

I came here to get my bridesmaid gown shortened and all they had to do was take a few inches off the bottom of the dress. The tailor charged double the rate of what other tailors in the area charge and when I asked why that was, the tailor (a Middle Eastern lady) was extremely rude and unprofessional and told me she doesn't care what other tailors charge. Her charges are based on the amount of material they take off! It was the most illogical explanation I have ever heard and I wouldn't recommend getting anything altered here.

Excellent service. Mervat makes me feel at ease when I need to shorten or alter any of my dresses. She’s my go to person for all my special occasions. Highly recommended

My daughter dropped off her dress for a quick alteration on a Wednesday and was promised it would be ready be the falling Tuesday.She went to pick it up on the the following Thursday (two extra days) . Not ready and was told to come back tomorrow...When I got home from work I went in and complained and was given the the dress and told not to come back. (one day before her prom)Would not recommend at all.
