Great service for a great price including a ride home!

Two days ago, my Jimmy decided to show her age and wouldn't start. I was in a bit of a bind as I didn't know who to contact to get her to Fountain Tire. Bryce (owner of Fountain Tire) contacted them for me and they said they would be at my work in half an hour. They arrived promptly and got her safely to her destination. Thank you again for helping me out.

Terrible service. So slow and so rude. Couldn't change my tire because he did not know how to use the jack that came with my spare and didn't bring a tool he knew how to use and was appropriate for the job, still charged me 100$ . Am a nurse getting off night shift and the tow truck driver complained about getting up early and driving so far, for a 24 hr service. Highly do not recommend this service. I called a second company, Jimmy J's they were there quickly and offered apologies for my experience with the last company. My tire was changed in 10 minutes. The appropriate tools were located in my jack set the last company said didn't work, as well, Jimmy Js brought their own. They were knew what they were doing, quick, friendly and local. Jordan, the driver of allrite presented as unprofessional, inexperience, unknowledgeable and poorly trained, l called the dispatch to explain my experience and they hung up. Do not call this company!!!

Avoid at all costs if you can! My car was towed less than 1km and was tied incorrectly.A 2019, now with $7000 in danage.The owner ghosted me, rather than responsibly going through his insurance- it was horrendous. I ended up going through my insurance company and paid a deductible to fix my nearly new car.Read other reviews, this is their method of operations. It's sad. Nothing short of criminal in my opinion. Had it been a fender bender they would have been criminally responsible for not providing their insurance information.

Super fast amd friendly service needed doors unlocked of a vehicle, only had to wait about half an hour and was able to e-transfer payment!Would recommend this company for towing and lock needs around the areas of black diamond to high river.

After my truck had been towed to there yard we found they had towed my truck in four wheel drive,wich caused damage to the drvline. They had also caused major body damage to the lower quarter of pasenger side. The truck was dragged around or oversomething wich caused the cab to be pushed hard enough to damage the electrical harness were it goes from the frame to the cab. I can understand that part because everyone makes mistakes. What ì do not approve of is the fact that after we payed eight hundred and fifty dollars for towing and storage they refuse to owe up to the damages or offer any compensation. The damage they caused is a bit more than scratch and has caused me and my wife serious distress. We will be filling court papers and seeking appropriate compensation luckily I was on the ball enough that I took pictures of the damage while the truck was still loaded on there truck. .the damage can be seen clearly and it is very clear that it is fresh damage. The service we received was disgraceful. After the amount we had to pay I would have expected them to at least have some honor.

We broke down an hour away from calgary, didn't give the best directions to where we were stranded. But we waited about 1hr in total I'd say, the tow truck driver was really quick and kind. Fair pricing, the quote the lady on the phone gave was pretty much bang on what we were charged. Great customer service

So disgusted that a fellow coworker was treated horribly after calling for help to change her flat tire after working all night! The driver showed up, was very rude, told her she did not have the necessary parts and neither did he. He was very aggressive with her, demanded she pay him $100 because he had to get up early for this" and left her still stranded with a flat tire and without $100!!She tried to address this with owner who proceeded to hang up on her. Most disgusting excuse for a business I have come across in a long time. Will NEVER give this company my business. Would give negative stars but it would not allow me to!!"
