Very nice staff. I went to the young and Lawrence location. My ear was checked and picked clean then flushed. Will use them again if necessary.

These folks are the best. Especially when Eddy and Zhale were there. But now it’s still good. They always help me and I’m super happy with their services and level of care. A+++

I was experiencing clogging and pain in my left ear so I used q-tips only to worsen the condition and pushing the wax further in my ear. Then I booked an appointment at House of Hearing Clinic when I could not hear anything completely from my left ear.Dr Jin Lee diagnosed on the condition and put some oil in my left ear after explaining me what’s happening and what is she going to do next. Then she cleaned my ear with water flushing and I felt like I’ve heightened my abilities to hear now. It was an amazing experience! She was very patient and explained everything very clearly. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to get ear wax cleaning done.

This office should NOT be called The House of Hearing Clinic Inc...it should be called the HOUSE OF MIRACLE WORKERS!! Yesterday I had the privilege of having Xuemei Wang remove an ear wax plug that was living rent free in my ear for many years. It didn't really bother me for those years but last week I started to feel a type of plugging up or light pressure, so booking an appointment here was something I did immediately to have it investigated and possibly removed. Xuemei was EXTREMELY professional and focused! She took her time and it felt like she was on a mission to get this baby out!! ha ha!! With every piece of hard wax she removed, my hearing improved in that ear and just when I thought she was done, she went in for the final extraction of that wax plug, and to my amazement and I think hers, well I'll spare you the gory details...it was quite unbelievable what she pulled out in my ear. WOW!!! I couldn't believe how balanced I felt, and how much my hearing in that ear improved! I told her I felt like I had just had a vacation!!!!! She is awesome and trust me, if you have any type of sensation in your ear like I did, PLEASE don't risk rupturing your ear or suffering by taking matters into your own hands...make an appointment with Xuemei Wang and get it looked into...your ears will thank you!!! She is a miracle worker!!!!! I am so grateful for her!!!!!

I had a very positive experience with this clinic from the moment I called to book an appointment for ear wax removal. I have been suffering for years and finally got around to finding a clinic to help me.When I If first called they were very clear about pricing and the procedure so that there were no misunderstands.When I arrived I was seen at my appointment time and Jin Lee (Jeannie) was caring, patient and professional. All the qualities you want when you see someone about ear wax removal because it can feel a little embarrising to talk about.I ended up with a simple ear wax removal in one ear and a complex wax removal in the other. The entire experience took just over half an hour because of the tricky second ear.If I could give more stars I would!
