The stuffs are so bossy , the big builders can get permit so fast can do any way they want , if you want to build small additional or basement won’t get permits easily , give you very very very had time ,

Niagara Falls city hall is located on Queen street , Queen street has come back alive over the years from its old days of glory , You can pay your taxes here , water bill and get building or demolition permits also , Bylaw enforcement is also located here , The court house used to be located beside but was demolished

; i just got married on November 4th here at city hall and iam VERY pleased on how it turned out! All staff were super nice! Our offiant was super friendly and made our special day even more special.We got to have the beautiful ceremony we wanted ❤️ Thank you city hall

We visit every year for Santa Claus Parade...

Just a friendly suggestion on the building, structure design and landscaping. The building's shape is just weird, if you're new, you will have to circle around this building and have trouble finding the right place and they don't have have all entrances open. It's like a maze, and it's always packed with cars from the staff. A new architecture designer needs to be hired to change this building somehow to both satisfy the aesthetics and other factors, and in an economic way(cheaper way, yes funds should go back to the people, not be splurged on unnecessaries). I just don't see how it represents our values.Same on its landscaping. Shrubs and flowers look a little messy especially with not much maintenance, then go for simple, less-is-more landscaping designs. There's a stick on the right hand side of the main entrance with a different language on each side writing the same message about peace. This is not cool, if you want to represent peace, why choose only four languages? You know that tourist places use signs of different languages to welcome guests from all over the world. This is city hall, if it's about peace, then it should not be only four languages written. This little structure just looks completely absurd to me if there's no background stories (it's not cited anywhere nearby).

Honestly, I was so surprised at how fast, efficient and professional the service at Niagara Falls City Hall is. I had called to see if they had a same-day appointment for a marriage-license application for my fiancé and myself and they did! They were on-time (ahead of schedule, actually) and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes, processing and payment included. They were courteous and polite. And parking on the side of the road was free as well.

It is time to have a noise ordinance, and if you do, implement it. Come here on vacation, and all you do is listen to the trash driving through the hotel district/ falls area all night long.

Mayor and his group had a fun time stealing my business ideal and handing it to one of there friends so if you got a business you want to start. Get a lawyer patent it then go and apply for your small business license and startup that they say they offer you to help to start a new business.

I had a city owned very large oak tree that fell down on to my neighbors and my property's during the 120 km/hr wind storm on Saturday.The city forestry department responded very quickly. They made it safe for others to work in the area without risk ASAP! They worked tirelessly the first day to allow use of walkways and driveway. They came back a third day and night to try and put our two properties back into the state of normalcy. And still couldn't quite finish. I told you it was a big tree.Thank you all for such a wonderful response to a bad situation.Anthony Marrara

I've been having a ton of trouble getting a new water meter installed at my business here in Niagara Falls. From technicians coming out saying it was a confined space etc not installing it (not attempting to install) it's been a real nightmare but Mark really goes above and beyond! He came out and didn't hesitate to get down in the crawlspace. When no one else would even attempt and turned away by just looking at the entry point Mark actually took the time to investigate and pressed forward. If it wasn't for him this would definitely be a 1 star. I hope he gets a little extra kudos for going the extra mile. He really is an individual that helps the common folk! I even tried to offer him a cash tip and he refused! That's serious class!
