Typical taco bell taste (or lack thereof?) but not sure this place has been cleaned in quite awhile? Nice spider web above our table and no working soap dispensers in the washroom.

Unfortunately, this places suffers from management unable or unwilling to hire or staff the restaurant correctly. While the food is standard similar to other taco bells, you should expect to wait 10-15 minutes for your order to be taken if you decide to dine-in, because they fully prioritize drive-thru and mobile orders. The staff that do work are kind and understanding – let me make it clear that it's upper management or franchisee owners that are at fault for understaffing and overworking their employees. Drive a little further down the road for a less busy taco bell.

This taco bell misses a lot with its food. Making the workers just do not care which makes sense since its a fast food joint. Do not recommend coming here.

Stopped in on a Sunday around supper time. Drive thru was brisk. We didn't know what we wanted so we went inside to order. We got a dinner for two. Food was good value. Workers were pleasant and polite, and busy preparing orders.

Got the wrong order. My daughter ordered combo #3 on the vegetarian menu along with fries and a side of cheese sauce, she ended up getting a meat supreme, beef soft taco and fries. Do not recommend this place at all as this isn’t the first time they’ve gotten her order wrong. Do not come here. Just a heads up about their bad service.

Whoever packed an uber eats order on July 10th 2023 at 11-1130pm needs retraining on how to pack an order. My heavy/cold drinks were placed inside of a paper bag on top of 3 soft tacos and desserts and they came mashed up and freezing cold. I dont know how you could pack that and send it out? Get a new job, or learn how to do yours.

Taco Bell's food, ambiance, and modus operandi really haven't changed since, well, forever. The Quesadilla was fine. They don't advertise as fresh, healthy or gourmet, for good reason.

I love Taco Bell. It does not cause me the repercussions that it causes others so I eat it whenever possible and without abandon, tempting the abdominal gremlins usually about once a month. This location feels like it has given up, only existing for the die hard fans who can look past struggling to stay relevant decor and overall low energy. Went through drive thru today and 90% of the menu board was gone. Blank. Thank goodness I know what I like but for others it would be a guessing game. Asked for a variety of sauces... Got 8 Fire sauce packets. That's it. Really testing the colon today (update still holding strong). Luckily you can make the short drive down Woodlawn to the T Bell on the other side of the Hanlon and get much better service and atmosphere there. Skip this one and go there..

I had a great time at this location! The young gentleman had a ton of patience, conserdering he was being bombarded with Skip the Dishes and Uber Eat orders , plus everything going on at front counter.He was polite, efficient and even gave me a free drink because I forgot to add it to the billThe only thing i shocked by was my 72.00 bill to feed 4 people .But it was a good experience and as far as taco bell goes the food was decent!
