I recently had the pleasure of working with Sherry, a talented hair stylist with a great personality. She provided excellent guidance on selecting a new hairstyle and demonstrated impressive skill with both the haircut and highlights. Her styling technique was also top-notch. Best Hair Salon ever. We have be using Hair Expo for 20 years. Sherry and Cindy are so professional and knowledgeable. I am always happy with how my hair turns out and get a TON of compliments on my colour, sometimes from complete strangers. Sherry is my colourist specialist and I trust her completely.

Horrible customer service and zero respect for people’s time. I had an appointment at 4:00 no one came to me until 4:20 to tell me that they are running behind a “few minutes” we’re there words and two seconds later I see the stylist I am booked with start another customer. I go to ask how much longer I will be waiting and she asks her assistant how much longer she thinks she will be, which is totally bizarre. I tell her I can’t wait for long because I need to get home to give my husband the car that we share and she says nothing doesn’t even apologize or try to accommodate me in any way. This is the worst service I have ever received I would give them zero stars if there was that option. They are a waste of your time and don’t respect people either. Do yourselves a favour and find a better salon! I will definitely not be coming back I can find way better service elsewhere.

I came across Cindy at Expo Hair Studio in Markham on instagram, after seeing her posts I decided to give her a try. She responded right away and fit me into her schedule last minute. The pictures speak for themselves, I have never had such an awesome hair transformation - colour, cut and style! Everyone at the salon was also pleasant, I even went back the next week to get it styled again. Highly highly recommend - Thank you Cindy and team!

I have been using this salon for 10 years. No matter how damaged my hair is from my own box dye trials or time away from hair treatments (covid), Cindy has always been able to not only correct but to transform my hair into something beautiful. Would recommend this business a million times over!

Cindy is a gem. She is an absolutely lovely person with incredible talent. Her expertise in styling, cutting,and coloring are genius.
