Pleased to report my remarkable experience with Danny, Ontario Hose-Mississauga. Danny was exceptional in listening to my needs, identifying what products Ontario Hose had to meet my needs & technically determined parts to work within my maximum psi & food grade requirements. By Danny identifying Ontario Hose’s products lines I was able to revise my initial purchase of just 2 sizes of hoses from 1”ID to 3/16” ID, to add fittings, clamps, full port ball valve & pincers clamping tool (total working solution). Danny’s suggestions simplified my assembly of hoses & fittings by cutting threads on a fitting to connect to another threaded fitting, and eliminate additional hose & fitting. Over 7 business days of working changes, Danny ensured pricing was affordable. Delivery was timely. As I opened my box of quantity 13 parts, 9 different types, I was surprised with the parts assembled, including thread seal taping of fittings. Danny & Ontario Hose team have exceeded my expectations. As opportunities arise, I will recommend Ontario Hose & Danny, to be trusted in providing feasible affordable solutions, with quality parts. I have been dealing with Ontario Hose for a number of years now and find their service top notch. Patrick and Danny go above and beyond on a regular basis to help me with last minute emergencies and regular services whether it's a last minute hose order or customer fittings I need yesterday, they always come through. The added bonus is the large inventory of pipe fittings in their showroom and the ability for me to build customer fittings as I go.

Amazing customer service. Through out this pandemic they have made it easy for us to pick up orders while still maintaining Covid protocols. Our sales rep Danny is always available and often gets orders done in a very short amount of time. Highly recommend.

Great service and product, always seem to have stock on what I need. Our sales rep Pierre is very diligent and follows up on our orders to make sure they are taken care of. His technical knowledge and suggestions have helped get us out of a pinch many times. Great company
