This is a bike store where you come out smiling. I had the best bike store experience purchasing few items which I was desperately searching all over the city. Kinetik was the only store who had them in stock. Customer service was beyond 5 stars. They were so kind, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would love to come back again and get all my never ending bicycle parts needs. Thank you!

25 years mountain biking, new to the area and first time in the shop. I was quite impressed. The shop is clean, organized and well stocked. I was there for service and it was a great first experience. Intake, turn around time, friendly staff, workmanship & technician notes were all top notch. Legit shop! My new LBS

Great people at the shop with great service team to answer all my questions. Everyone is so passionate about bikes and components and very patient in listening to my questions and concerns. Best experience I had from a bike store. The store is a bit far away from where I live but I’m always happy to return for bike service and get things I need at the same time.

Staff couldn’t be bothered to help if their lives depended on it. Went in looking to buy a bike for myself and my girlfriend but staff members couldn’t be bothered to even say hello let alone help us get sized or even pull a bike down for us. The kid at the front desk was too busy shoving chips into his mouth to even say goodbye as we walked out after 20 minutes. Cool store with lots of nice bikes and gear but save the trip if you’re looking for help.

Great people, quick online service, wonderful shop.I'd ordered something online and had it the next day. Bad news is I had ordered the wrong thing. No problem, they patiently help me figure it out and got me what I needed. I'd highly recommend these guys.

Had a fantastic experience with the folks at kinetic. Bought a bike and some gear from them and they were friendly and professional the whole time. The shop is clean, well stocked, and the folks working there know what they're talking about. No aggressive upselling, and got great recommendations for my entry-level questions. Have since taken my bike back to them for it's initial service and had another great experience. The service was quick, and they addressed issues I hadn't even noticed. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a new bike or a new LBS.

I had a flat tire and popped into Kinetic to see if I could get a tube change. The friendly mechanic (Aaron) greeted me and was free to change my tube. He promptly made the fix and was very friendly the whole time. It took him only 10 -15 minutes to fix my tire!!. I love Kinetic cycles!. They have an amazing selection of bikes, clothes, parts and tools as well!!. Definitely a mountain biker's paradise!.
