This is an excellent location! The owners are quite nice, will assist you in finding what you're searching for, and have excellent manners. There's also some fantastic jewellery. They import jewellery from all over the world, which is quite helpful when I'm looking for something specific.

I bought a ring and a bracelet after one month of use the colours of the ring started fading, when i went back to the store the owner refused to replace it or fix it for me.He said if i exchange it i’ll loose $100 and the colour will still fade again. Bad products and bad customer service.I don’t recommend this store.UpdateThe jewellery we are talking about is a wedding ring that you and your wife recommended for a daily use and your invoice doesn’t come with instructions and limited warranty on how to wear it Ring is a Ring..Stop blaming customers about a bad product and bad customer service.

I came in to buy a gift, i had the best experience!! theowners were very polite and respectful, they werealso very patient with me. I have never seen suchgood quality of jewelry in Windsor and they have allkinds of styles for older and younger generations. Ihave shopped almost in all of Ontario jewelry shopsand never seen such nice styles like this store. Iwould definitely recommend shopping at this place!

Attention!!!!! I bought twins ring from this shop. On November 18.22 brought them back to be fixed and today November 25 bought broken again please don't go there anymore the owner should be responsible of anything happening to the gold stuff because it is not cheap. I will never go back to him and even my family and friends won't go there

Went to the store today and bought a bracelet for my mom’s birthday. Just wanted to recommend this gold store to everyone in Windsor as they have the best customer service as I have dealt with other gold stores in Windsor before and they scammed me. The owners always recommend what’s best for you. I had an issue with a necklace I bought from a different gold store in Windsor and they fixed it for me and cleaned it for no charge. Been a regular customer since then and would never buy gold from somewhere else.

Best prices in town. Had a good selection. Was extremely nice and very patient. Diffently will be going again in the future.

POOR QUALITY!!!!!!! Went to repair my broken wedding ring that I BOUGHT ONLY 3 MONTHS AGO, told me it was gonna be 2-3 weeks and they’ll call, a month passes by and no one calls and when I called them they said it had been ready. This wasn’t the issue tho. The problem was when I picked up my “repaired” ring, i literally wore it only one time after and IT BROKE AGAIN exactly in the same place it had broke previously!! Not sure what kinda repair they did but definitely a POOR one!! A wedding ring and gold is supposed to last for life time and be passed on, but not at this gold shop I guess..This was a special ring that got blessed on my wedding day and I planned to keep it and cherish it for the rest of my life. However, I sadly have to get rid of it because they denied fixing it the first time and refused to fix it again for me. It is not my fault you have poor quality gold!!!! I regret even buying this ring from here and buying my gold set! Definitely do not recommend!
