Expect to wait between 40 mins - 1.5 hours for each appointment. Also after a 1.5 hour wait on your third eye drop followup appointment, you will be billed at least $100.

Cullen and Webb have done everything possible to take care of my dog's eyes. The front desk staff is amazing, kind, and works very hard to make sure she gets an appointment that works for you. Without their care and compassion I have no idea how I could of handled my young dog going blind from a genetic disorder.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, these people know their stuff! I had an appointment with them after a referral from my dog's vet for an eye issue. We arrived almost an hour ahead of schedule because I was traveling from several hours away and miscalculated the time it would take to get there, and they took us in and started the examination almost right away! The specialists will take the time to explain things to you and answer any questions you may have. And you can see they love animals, so you know your pet is in good hands!

These guys are the only game around and act like it. Customers often travel from out of town, like us. We were told as we prepped for the appt that it would take an hour or so and we just drop off the dog. So we planned to grab lunch with our kids during that time. When we get there they say we can’t leave the parking lot as we won’t have time to get lunch, they take the dog for 7-10 min, dilate the eyes in our case, bring the dog back to our vehicle where we are told to wait 20-30 min then they’ll take the dog back in again for another 10-15 min at which point they bring the animal back again and you pay car-side. We waited 45 min and were held hostage when we could have easily fed our kids. They have this set up for their needs and don’t care about any inconvenience to customers, DIVA DOCTOR. This is information that could easily be provided in advance that would allow customers to plan accordingly.

Great veterinarian ophthalmologist! dr Cullen explained everything in detail and was very caring and answered all my questions. We still have a follow up visit, but my dog’s corneal ulcer seems to be healed. Yay! Thank you for making my pup feel better!

They really cater to your individual needs. It took two operations to successfully heal my dog's eye ulcer, but they took care of her like she was their own.

I only gave them a five because a 10 wasn't offered. Friendly, know their stuff and thorough (they even offer free bottles of water for you & your pet!) and the biggest test of all.....my dog LOVED them both! Thank you
