I've had a particularly good experience dealing with Carl at Scoot-a-Long. Carl serviced my first scooter, which I didn't buy from Scoot-a-Long, for a very reasonable price and he also sold me my second scooter once again at a very reasonable price. Since my purchase Carl has made himself available to answer questions or perform service at my convenience as I work messed up hours. All-in-all a very satisfactory experience rated 8.5 out of 10. Update: it's been 2 years and I'm still getting remarkable service from Carl. I've since upgraded to a 3rd scooter (my 2nd from Scoot-a-Long) and have had nothing but enjoyment and satisfaction from my reasonably priced purchased.

Carl is a great guy to deal with. He has anything you could need in relation to small engine vehicles such as dirt bikes atv scooters and such.
