Purchased a vehicle from this location and the experience overall was normal. However, since my purchase I have run into issues with the vehicle where the check engine light turns on when nothing is wrong with it. The first time it occurred I was told the computer systems sometimes malfunction. It has now happened a total of three times and every time I ask I get nothing but this typical response. I have to drive 50 minutes just to get a check engine failure cleared for this vehicle. If you’re investing a decent sum of money on a vehicle and it constantly ends up having this computer glitch then why even purchase? They never really give a clear cut answer or permanently fix this situation. It’s rather annoying if I’m being completely transparent.

I was hesitant to come back after my first experience, but this time it was phenomenal and seamless. I worked with Brycen. He was able to get me in for emergency service, was very prompt and responsive with any questions I had, and took the time to look over my warranty to save me money. He also was very understanding to the fact that I have 4 kids and was able to secure a loaner vehicle. My car was in and out in 24 hours & Brycen was great to work with!

My 2020 defender was serviced in January 2023. At the time they said the passenger tire had some damage and they replaced that tire with the spare. Said they would order and replace the spare. I called service manager back repeatedly, left message, and he never returned my call about replacing the spare. The passenger tire blew in June and when I called they said the spare that was never was replaced was safe. I brought my defender to a different Land Rover dealership and they said the tire that replaced the blown tire was definitely unsafe since it had a large slash. Never going back to Sudbury.

Usually I’m not a fan of car dealerships, I have had my share of horrible experiences at other dealerships. These guys at herb chambers in Sudbury made it easy. Upfront honest not pushy at all, fair and honest. Very happy with how each one of them over there helped me out today. Very happy with my purchase from them.

All misconceptions of car dealers is not a reality at Land Rover in Sudbury. This is the reason I just purchased my third car from them. I am forgetting some names but thanks to Manny, Sven, Lawrence and Steven. I want to mention Aya the service manager that has supported all my issues with intelligence and thorough follow thru. This last experience was superb. The staff was patient, understanding and made everything so easy. There were no obstacles they couldn’t handle. They deserve 10 stars for their professionalism. After almost four years my salesman was still working at the dealership. That alone says a lot. Thank you all and look forward to working with you all again.

Ryan at Land Rover Sudbury did a fantastic job. He and his co workers were exceptionally attentive. They took my vehicle right away, went the extra yard to identify potential issues, replaced those parts at no charge, so that my vehicle would stay like new. All in all , a surprisingly pleasant experience.The new location looks as much like a high end cafe as it does a functional auto shop. I waited for my vehicle and every moment was total comfortable, peaceful, and easy to get work done.Great job Ryan and team! You took auto service to the next level.
