I went there on Thursday and was having an AWFUL day. The manager (I’m assuming) remembered me from probably 3 weeks ago he remembered the flavour I liked. He had no idea what was going on and he made my day SO MUCH BETTER! I truly wanted him to get recognition in his great customer service and genuine kindness.

Usually okay, they left 1.5hrs early today and I went out of my way to go there... disappointing

Only thing the employees have in mind is selling more to get their bonus. Rude and condescendant, this store will also not accept any return even whe the product is faulty and will state that due to the law on tobacco sale, they don't have too(which is false). They will try to tell you the sale is final. Unless they changed since. It's not written on the receipt and voids their statement. Rouge vape has a few good store but this is not one of them. More like Douche Vape.

they literally left the store with the open sign on and a piece of paper on the door that say “be back in 10”it’s been well over 30 minutes at this point.frankly, im not sure how a business can just be left unattended with the open sign left on, when clearly they’re not open.

I've gone to this location a few times and actually stopped going due to the service I had received from one employee in particular. Recently I went to the location in Alymer to find the same man working there. He is extremely rude, arrogant and condescending, it's like pulling teeth to get a respectful response out of him when asking questions.I asked what type of flavours they had by a specific brand, he named them so fast that I could barely understand what he was saying and he got visibly annoyed with me when I asked if he could repeat it slower. At that point I actually questioned why he was reacting in such a rude manner towards me when I just asked him to simply repeat slower..Maybe he should get a new job if it's such an issue to provide customers with BASIC costumer service. I'm not one to complain but I left the store feeling extremely disrespected and belittled. Both the St-Joseph & Wilfred-Lavigne locations have lost my business. Customers aren't supposed to feel dumb for asking questions..A close friend has also experienced the same type of treatment from the same exact employee to a T.

The only issue I have is their tactic of selling you a vape and later telling you the company stopped producing the filters,only to have you buy a new vape,and when at another outlet or even back to the same one,they do have the old filters and there has been no shortage of said filter.a little underhanded in the aspect of vapes and selling them

Went in and the gentleman answered my questions and got me a juice I love (hazelnut, it's fantastic)I recommend this place!!Prices are fantastic as well!!
