I was beyond impressed with the service here, quality of the work and care that went in to not only repairing my vehicle after an accident but also making sure I had a rental for me and my small kids during the repair time. Highly recommend this place and the only place I will get body work done in the future!!!

Although car repair was done okay but they did some extra wear on my car and did not agree to the issues I faced after getting my car from them. He lied to ICBC issues were present before. I don’t recommend them if u have a busy schedule but if u r free to keep arguing with him (which he will never agree)every day, u can give it a try. Not satisfied with the service at all….

Not sure about some of the other reviews on here, but I've had three of my vehicles repaired by these guys and they're great. The manager Aneez promised and delivered on time and threw in some extras.

I wish i could give these guys 0 stars, they are very poor in service.They have by car since February and it's June and i still have not heard from them, every time i call they indicate the car is not ready. I called them today and asked the guy again if the car was ready he said i cannot go and get your parts from Germany you have to wait" and hangs up. Very rude and disrespectful staff members. Please DO NOT WASTE your time."

I have been getting my vehicles repaired at Alpine Autobody for ladt several years. The most important thing i like about Anees the owner is thst he serves you himself with pride where as other large shops are served by their employees. He is very honest and fair. Anees has a very organused and clean shop. Not only he tries to do more for less he also gives you good advise and makes you feel relaxed during the stressful situations. I was reading some ofhis reviews and do not agree with negative comments. I know for the fact that Anees is fair and follows the ICBC rules.

Wow I can not believe some of these reviews playing the blame game. They have no control over parts availability. They are always easy to deal with and very professional when I deal with them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, I cannot believe the unprofessionalism. I brought my BMW here in June of 2021 (it’s now January 2023) with my car being broken into and an open claim through ICBC(sunroof) we had a rental car throughout the summer… he would never update us on the progress of OUR vehicle. Finally, “the job was done” by the end of summer… when we picked up the car our shader was completely thrashed when we told him he said he’d order a part and when he has it (and a rental car) we can bring it in.. well we went through a car wash with our kids in the backseat and our oldest was crying because he was getting drenched because the job wasn’t done.. that was the last straw.. then A YEAR went by & finally we called and said “are you ready to fix the car” he said yes. So last year we finally brought it in. Months went by, multiple sunroofs went in & nothing was working. He even broke our door handle, he tried to blame us to ICBC (he even lied and said our car was in miles & not KMs) it’s been nothing short of a disaster with this “shop” when finally we said we want our car we realized our radio didn’t work, parts were missing & the job wasn’t done then he told ICBC he isn’t honouring the warranty & he’s not fixing it. We even tried bringing in parts to do HIS job. If you’re considering a place to bring your car DO NOT BRING IT HERE. Your car will be roughhoused & destroyed. Now our car is a write off thanks to these idiots. Our car sits at 144km (we brought it in at 122) and is in PERFECT condition and because of MULTIPLE mistakes ICBC has deemed it a write off. This place is horrible. 10/10 do not recommend.

I've gone to Alpine twice. They have done a great job on my car both times and always give it a good cleaning.

Sent my car in for a claim with couple of scuffs and marks and I got it back like a brand new car! I'm so impressed, the service was fast and painless and I got a great courtesy car!! People were awesome too!
