Margrelys has been exceptional to work with at the Vacheron Constantin boutique at Yorkdale. As I was contemplating purchasing the Overseas Dual Time, she was able to provide me with feedback that was incredibly insightful, respectful, and helpful.Long story short, I am very happy with my purchase.I also would like to thank Mazen for his help and the generosity of his time on the pick-up day of my new watch.

Always wonderful to visit the Vacheron Constantin location at Yorkdale. From the second you walk in you feel welcomed and staff are prepared to assist and answer any questions you have. Joy is incredibly knowledgeable and is patient with all of my questions. The staff at this location are truly beautiful representatives of their beautiful watches.

Don’t go there!!! I would give a 0 star if I could. They don’t stand behind their products! I have a watch for just over 2 yrs and it already not keep enough power reserve. So they ask me to pay $2000 for service!!! I don’t think a client should spend $2000 on service every 2 years! Worst thing is the manager there is very unprofessional, he give me bad attitude and basically told me to leave if I don’t have money!!!

My husband and I are avid Watch collectors and was looking to add VC to our collection. We have dealt with numerous sales associates worldwide and our experience in dealing with Magrelys from first contact to purchase was exceptional. She has a high level of knowledge and professionalism. She was extremely patience in addressing our concerns and accommodating to our many requests. She is an asset to Vacheron Constantin and we look forward to expanding our VC collection with her.

I recently purchased a VC overseas blue dial before the craze from this boutique and I must say I’ve never received better service from any other watch boutique or AD elsewhere. Said, Jessie, Magrelys and Azam were very professional with my transaction and so helpful. I wish they could all be like this. I will definitely purchase from them in the future. I was very impressed by who Vacheron hires. Really impressive.
