BEWARE... this place will sell only if you will spend more than fifty dollars in their store in purchases... so said the smug counter clerk as he grabbed the part back from my hands after i had drove over an hour to get to their place... that's what the boss says was his condescending response as he turned away and talked no more... must be the same boss that doesn't have this important spending limit posted on his website and probably the same boss that taught his employees their unfriendly uncaring non-customer service... BEWARE OF NEDCO

Very poor customer service. Go to bartle and gibson for better service and prices. I bought a contractor from these guys for $70 and found it for $8 at bartle's.

Surly woman at the counter and not the least bit helpful. They have a minimum order of $50. Went to City Electric where they were far more helpful and pleasant. Can't understand why this place is still in business.

I purchased supplies here without any trouble and the staff was very helpful as i was obviously a DIY`er, but my experience changed when trying to return unused parts. I was told by the manager there were no returns unless i was an account holder, and I was stuck with over $100 in merchandise. I pointed out there where no signs posted or warnings by staff and he said it's on my receipt, and I pointed out to him that by the time I get my receipt the credit card transaction has already been completed, the deal's done and here we stand. I asked if this was a common issue and he he said it was. But not worthy of posting a sign?" I replied. End of saga is that as a FAVOUR he did do a return by charging me a restocking fee of 35%. There are many supply outlets besides the big box stores that are helpful and user friendly. Shop around and buyer beware.Jack Parker"
