Green Dog Pet Grooming The

Impossible to get a hold of someone. I called to inquire about pricing and to book an appointment and the call did not go through but the message said to text so I texted the number. I still did not get a response so I texted again 12 hours later and finally someone responded asking about the breed. Then I responded and waited for a response. No one has gotten back to me after that. I amnnot trying again. It is very unprofessional. If someone is too busy to take calls then set up alternative ways to book appointments such as an online booking system and put the pricing on the website so that no one has to call for that info. Customers shouldn't have to continuously try to get in touch with someone just to book an appointment. It is an absolute waste of time, time i could have used to book and inquire elsewhere. This may be due to covid but other businesses have figured it out and are using alternative means so covid shouldn't be an excuse.

At first when I called I had to leave a message but got back to me right away. She was able to squeeze me in to get both my dogs a nail trim. Carolyn has a great way with dogs and was able to make a stressful situation for them, calming. Excellent work! Will be Back.

Ok they did not see my text but fix the problem by finding 10 minutes to clip my dog’s nails. Keep your customers happy. This is not about you it is about our dogs. I live five minutes away and will not be back.

Limpy Lucy available to see on tictoc as posted by my daughter .Lucy is the family dog ,has had a turned leg since see was puppy at a rescue shelter where we pick her up from. Does not have much for patience and is around 15 years old . She gets tried when getting groomed and needs to be let off the table .Carolyn and her son do that for her .Lucy is a double coat so twice the work .Carolyn and her son take great care of her .She requires a lot of time and love to get groomed .She gets that at green dog .Thanks

My dog is hard on groomers. He is anxious and vocal about it. Green Dog is the only place I feel comfortable leaving him. I know they will be firm with him but will still be kind. And his haircuts are excellent!

Fantastic! Squeezed us in after a chain store decided to no longer do grooming and cancelled our appointment without telling us. My dog is rarely groomed by anyone other than my friend so it's hard for me to have someone else groom him. As soon as I walked in I loved how it's set up. It's nice and open so the dogs aren't in tiny cages. Nice size pens for them to hang out in. The groom was prefect, just what I wanted and for a reasonable price. We will use her again for sure!

Extremely friendly staff, reasonable prices and for the first time since I have had him, my dog came out of a grooming appointment looking *exactly* how I wanted. I am just so happy with the services and I 100% recommend you give them a chance as well.

Great little local dog groomer! They took my dog with a couple hours notice and fixed his nails up very nicely. The lady was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know about my new dogs nails. I will definitely be back in the future, and I do recommend them to anybody
