Wow, can't believe the incompetence at this health unit!!! Kids being kept on suspension from school because the nurses can't read the typed immunization forms. Pathetic service

Phone system doesn’t state their hours, makes you stay on the line for a bunch of options and speaches, at the end it tells you to stay on the line then it tells you goodbye and hangs up on you.

i’m a physiciani had the worst experience herehighly unprofessional when i called a and asked if my daughter age 13 could come with a babysitter instead received a lecture on how busy they were and when i got there there was no one there and nurses wandering aroundsecondly when i did arrive a security guard told me i could not enter as i did not have an appointment when i showed her the confirmation email she just kept insisting no appointmentfinally had to raise my voice took the sheet from her and showed her theappointmentno return phone calls in timely fashioni woukd never come here but sadly my pediatrician who highly professional dr awuku retiredawful experience for a working motherunaccomodatimg and intimidating behavioursI’d also like to state what kind of health unit has a security guard outside for vaccination absolutely ridiculous making children feel threatened when they’re trying to get a vaccine the security guard should not be in a place of a medical servicesI’d also like to add to add that when the nurse was on doing the vaccine for my child she did not to do any informed consent did not go over the vaccines nor did she even talk about any side effects? I was also shocked at how unacceptly unaccomodatimg they were pretending they were busy and if i came late i woukd not be acceptedalso the nurse stated we woukd not get a reminder for second hepatitis shot i was shocked even third world countries give people reminders she said their computer system was not able to handle that shocking for a westernized civilization ? shouldn’t u get a reminderplease don’t go here go toyour primary doctor
