I had the inside and outside of my windows cleaned. The team of two did an excellent job. After they were done, they walked through the entire house and determined where they themselves were not satisfied with the result and redid those windows. They arrived at the scheduled time, were very courteous and worked efficiently. Shack Shine is a bit on the pricey side in my opinion, but the results are worth it. Will definitely use them again.

We hired Shack Shine for Christmas lights. The whole process was easy and very professional. They have a look book" that was very helpful. The installation crew checked in with us throughout the install to be sure we were in alignment with some options. It was great and the lights look perfect!"

Shack shine charges triple what their competitors do. I have used them to clean the roof . I priced out window washing, inside and out including track and screens and it was literally priced 3 times higher than other companies.

Once the day and time was coordinated, everything went well. Professional, friendly worker. He was on time, and thoroughly cleaned our vinyl siding.

Shack Shine did a great job on our house! They cleaned the house & outsides of the gutters, and the outside and inside windows and screens. I had to change our appointment, no problem. They arrived on time, were pleasant and helpful. The guy that did the inside windows wore a mask the whole time, and they would have worn them outside if I had asked. I had an issue with the windows and the supervisor of the crew, Jacob, came back immediately (they were still in the area) and resolved my problem. I'd have them back for sure.

Just had my windows done by Shack Shine and I love them! Dave and his partner did a fantastic job. They had me check everything over and if I saw any spots, they cleaned them right away. The crew was very professional and friendly. I would use the company again. In fact, the do more than windows and I’m getting a quote on pier washing the house and decks! They are very reasonably priced and they do a great job.

Ethan was so thorough when he came out to give us a quote for outdoor holiday lights. Eric and his team came out a couple of weeks later to install the lights and they look beautiful. We absolutely love them. Highly recommend Shack Shine and their incredible service. Thank you!

They started the job on Friday and soon had to stop because the machine broke down. They did not even try to return the next day. After they “supposedly” finished the job and left on Monday, I found out that they never washed my garage door because the soiled spot was never cleaned. I was not sure if they would return to clean it so I did not call the company right away. When I received their text message for other services, I decided to contact the company. They would not come unless I pay for a new service. My point is that yes, I took too long to contact them, but they should accept the responsibility to finish the garage door that they missed without charging me again if they really cared about customer satisfaction. I will not use their service again.

I have worked at Shack Shine Ann Arbor for over a year now. It is one of the best jobs I have ever had! Ethan is an honest and hard working owner, the operating manager Damon goes above and beyond to please every customer. Also, the rest of the staff here is full of friendly and polite young men. Having worked for many customers and seeing them smile after we have made their house shine is one of the best feelings imaginable. One of our goals working here is not to just clean houses but to connect with each and every customer to make their home look better than ever. I would 10/10 recommend not only using Shack Shine for house detailing needs, but a place to work as well!
