Have had nothing but problems with this service. Incorrect account set up, weeks and weeks of delayed shipping, incorrect items and excuses from the support team. Absolutely am furious I wasted my money here - nothing but a headache start to finish. NOT WORTH IT IN CANADA.

Amazing customer service. They accidentally charged full price instead of 50% off. I emailed them and they promptly returned my email and refunded my money. The panties are wonderful, super high quality and worth every penny!

I bought our first subscription on a lark and that was two years ago. We have just renewed for a third year and couldn't be happier with the product or the customer service we have received. Natalie has never taken more than an hour to respond to any questions I may have had.

This is SUCH a great company. It's so fun to get new panties in the mail every month! The quality of the product is excellent, the customer service is very attentive and quick, and even the packaging is adorable :)

My mom ordered a 6 month subscription for my birthday in November 2020 and every. Single. Month. We had to email customer support to ask why I hadn’t received my monthly package. We finally had to email them again after 3 months of not receiving anything and ask for my final 3 months of packages. Not to mention that 4/6 of the panties I received were the exact same style and brand while the other 2 were also the same brand. I would not bother wasting your money or your time on a subscription that only gives you headaches. I will give them credit that the underwear is comfortable and proceeds go towards a good cause, but I would not recommend this.

Nothing better to coming home to a Panty By Post package in the mail... Never disappoints! Always a nice surprise, and everything I've received is the perfect mix of practical and pretty.
