Excellent place for flooring and stair steps!

It took us a long time to decide what flooring we wanted. We checked many places, and found F & L Hardwood Flooring to have a large selection of flooring, very competitive in price and extremely flexible to our schedule. Sara was very helpful and she took to time to explained the difference in materials and prices; and there was no pressure. Awesome service from start to finish, sales, installation and product; everything went well and the job was finished very quickly. We love our engineered hardwood Vidar 3/4

F & L did an excellent job installing my hardwood floors. The quality of the wood looks fabulous and the service was kind and quick! Because of their fantastic job, my cousins are in the process of contacting them to install their hardwood flooring!

Was referred by a friend. However my experience had been terrible. They broke several paintings and took them in the basement without telling me. Had to pay to get them fixed. Will look in your eyes and lie. Very poor flooring. Called several times for them to come and examine and do work with no response.Promises from them to return never realized. Don't be fooled they charge market value without guarantees. Would not recommend them

Fast, affordable and perfect. I was recommended to these guys through word of mouth by family and friends. I needed my house ready for my wedding day so I needed somebody fast and affordable with good hardwood flooring material. They completed my entire house minus the basement in 3-4 days. I moved in expecting to do some major cleaning but they were great at cleaning up the place after they were done.I see they've had a couple of bad reviews in the past but I have never experience either issues mentioned before.I would definitely recommend these guys if you are looking for good quality at an affordable price.

Amazing product and price

Was referred by a friend. However my experience had been terrible. They gave a flase measure for house. but terrible service. Spindle not in nosing, posts not in line. They said everynoe like this. Lol. They messed my wall with stain paint. The floor installation is worse than DIy. But they do not accecp any complain and mistakes. They are very bad bad service and installation. If anyone want decor pictures, i will sent you.

I was referred to them by a friend as they did an excellent job on my friends house. They came to my house and gave me a free estimate and brought along samples for me to see which colour I wanted. They were very nice although you can tell that English was not their native language, none the less they were extremely nice and I understood everything they told me. They only took one short lunch break and went back to work right away. They work tirelessly as they were working on Christmas Day for me, which I really appreciate as I needed my floors and stairs done as soon as possible. Overall fantastic job, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their floors or stairs done.

I just recently contracted F&L Hardwood Flooring to install solid wood on my main floor and basement stairs. They really did an amazing job! I am so impressed with how organized the installer was. He was very friendly and professional. He did the work without taking breaks (what a conscientious worker!). By the end of day 1, we had solid hard wood steps to walk on. Before he and his assistant left for the day, they cleaned up the work area and did not leave us with any mess. As a whole, it is a very stress free project. I am extremely satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend them to would-be customers. My suggestion is to work with the installer and do your part. The project will be a success!
