Went to get an online order exchanged. There's a line at the door, moves fast. One of the sales person walks the line and helps people and directs them. Once inside, Parm helped me. She was super kind, helpful and quick. Quick exchange, very pleasant staff. I saw them helping everyone in the same manner. Will definitely visit again!

I visited this location to exchange a ring(gift), but your employers said it has scratch on it & i did not wear it once time bcz its not fit me, i want a bigger size. They just making excuse to me. Bad experience at this location.

Never buying Pandora again. Bought a ring to gift, worth 185 plus taxes, wasn't really a good fit. Went back to return after 4 days, they said its worn out and can't be taken back. That's what the quality of the product they sell is. Not even worth after wearing for 4 days. The color fades away that fast. First and the last time!

Amazing customer service. Went to buy a ring for myself and the sales rep was amazing. I think her name was aishleen and she helped me pick out a ring I loved. Did not try to rush me and showed me amazing designs.

The worst customer service ever . The manager Julie is unprofessional and rude and walks out to her customers , I also question that she ,Amy be a racists. I purchased a bracelet in the Pandora Bramalea location and it was broken in less than two weeks , first time I tried to return it I was told that due to the holidays they couldn’t do an exchange . I attempted again to go back and get the bracelet replaced and was told they didn’t have the size. I asked the customer service rep to get the managers name as she refused to come out to discuss a credit note and the manager named Julie , who refused to give her last name refused to give a credit note . I will not spend another dollar in Pandora in Bramalea mall. Julie the manager needs to find another job because she spends most of her time looking angry and in the back room. This store gets a .5 rating

Update: Pandora reached out and understood this issue, they were able to resolve the issue with me.I waited from 6pm and walked out finally at 6:55pm.... This item was ordered and paid for online.......Also nobody was outside or at the door to greet/assist customers.Why is there no in-store pick up line.... I've purchased my order online and am waiting in line for 45 minutes.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I have never been so disappointed and so disrespected before in my life. I went two days in a row to exchange a ring the I had gotten for Christmas and yesterday I was told I couldn’t because of the sale going and that I could today and the girl put the ring on hold for me to come back. When I did come back the manager, Julie was so disrespectful in her approach towards me. Told me there was too much wear on the ring for them to exchange and when I said her associate the day before said I could, she shut me down so fast and flat out was like no we won’t be exchanging it. I let her know that nowhere on the receipt or website did it say anything about wear she said there was and when I showed it to her she was still super rude and disrespectful. I asked for a higher managers name and she acted like she couldn’t give it even though you have to when a customer is requesting that information. It wasn’t like I was asking for her SIN, all I wanted was a name. Julie either needs to be demoted or retrained to actually learn not to be disrespectful to people and listen to what they need instead of shutting them down so fast and relearn all her policies because she was in the wrong. Staff need to be retrained as well because they also clearly don’t know policy and I will be going back to speak to a manger about this situation.

Usually they are packed and you have to line up outside the store but today it was a quick trip walked in picked what we needed. The sales reps was amazing.

Horrible experience. Poorly customer service. I have to wait on the line for 25+ Mins ( which is fine because I understand that’s holiday season) BUT The lady that help me is kinda mean. She is not greet me at all when it come to my turn .She is not smile at all. Looking angry the whole time. I feel very uncomfortable when talking with her. Never come to Pandora at Bramalea Mall again.

The sales representative I worked with displayed an impressive level of knowledge and expertise.The presentation was exquisite, and it made the gift even more special.
