honestly , i was surely surprised if not astonished, how prompt the site visit was , how fast the job was scheduled , how well the job was completed , how safe & professional the lead was (luc), as well as how his support workers performed , and also how much the site was cleared & cleaned, and finaly how competitive the cost was .... all that work was for only half the roof, but Fortress will be the first roofers i call for the balance of any more work i will need .. no kidding .. really well done job , and very satisfied customer .. period .

Fortress Exterior Solutions installed Ice Dam Cables along our roof and gutter system today and we couldn't be happier with the experience we had. It was very pleasant to do business with this company. The team was efficient and courteous. The site was impeccable upon finishing the job. I was well informed throughout the process and they were open to explaining steps to me. I don’t really enjoy renovating projects but they made it easy. I highly recommend giving them your business.

Luc arrived promptly, took a look, found the colours that best matched our existing roof. He also did some extra repairs on our 15 year old roof. He was professional and fast. Definitely recommend!
