I had a flood back in my house from the 2nd floor to the basement back in march and I did not know what to do. Luckily when I googled flood cleanup company I was connected with ONT Restoration. I am so happy I got paired with the right company. From the moment I spoke to reception (at 3am) to the crew coming to my house within 45 minutes. It was an amazing experience. I was stressing out not knowing what is going to happen next. They dealt with everything, spoke to the insurance company, got me a place to stay while they did the repairs. Best customer service I have ever dealt with. Cannot recommend them enough.

We had just renovated our house from the ground up. Completely new build. We went to visit my parents for the weekend and when we came back on monday to found the house fully flooded from the top floor all the way to the main floor due to a leak in the toilet. Googled the best water damage restoration company and came across ONT Restoration. The mobile tech was there within 30 minutes and the rest of the crew arrived 5 mins after him. They brought some high tech equipment and immediately started working. Now they have fully restored my place back to how it was. Thank you Soni, Gill and the crew for everything!
