What can I say Ann is the best nail technicians I have ever had. I’ve been going to her salon since the day she opened.I’ve always found Ann welcoming and friendly - she goes above & beyond to keep her customers happy.I trust her 100% during the lockdown I had an issue with an ingrown toe nail, she knew exactly what to do over the months to put it right, now It’s back to normal and I can’t thank her enough for her time & patience.Whenever I’m stuck for a colour I trust Ann to choose one for me.I love her choice of colours shape my nails are always perfect!I love my nails thank you Ann

Ann and her team are the best nail technicians I have ever had, they are welcoming and friendly and they do exactly what I ask for every time, and advise me if they think something might look good. The shape is always perfect and the colour/design exactly what is requested. I love my nails thank you Ann!

Please read to the end for full story:I went for a pre holiday pedicure and decided at the last minute to treat myself to a manicure as well. Ann did my manicure and it's probably the best one I have ever had done, good shape, good colour and the varnish seems really durable. Unfortunately, in contrast, my experience with the pedicure was awful. It was done by a colleague of Ann (husband?). He handled my feet really roughly. When trimming the cuticle on one of my toes, he drew blood and when filing the rough skin he was so careless and rushed, he managed to slice the skin clean off the end of my little toe. I am furious as I am now going on holiday with a sore foot and I'm uncomfortable wearing shoes. Ann kindly gave me a plaster and she again did a lovely job with the varnish, but this was not the treatment I wanted before my holiday. My advice, request treatment by Ann and avoid her colleague at all costs!

Normally a great experience if Ann does my nails. Today I had a man who cut me on my pedi, laughed it off. (Thank you Ann for having the common decency and offering me a plaster ☺️). This man also painted my hands way too close to the cuticle. It's like he's always in a rush with no consideration for your own experience! Furthermore, he coughs and never covers his mouth! Not the best experience tbh. £62 to walk out with a bleeding foot and an average gel manicure.

I have been coming to Anne Nails for years now and I can honestly say Anne is one of the best nail technicians I have ever been too! I recommend everyone to come to Anne!! Also they are a lovely family and make you feel welcome xxx

I have been coming to Ann’s since she opened and she always does both my daughter’s and my nails beautifully. Great service and flexible with appointments. Highly recommended.

The owner is really nice : however I had a infill there was a gentleman who did it. Started off fine, the nails I had before were not the best so he had file them off. Which he was getting angry about. Then I said shorten which usually they keep checking if you are ok with the sizeHe made them so short that they look short and stumpy.The acrylic overlay is fat and bumpy.They are not straight and he cut me 4 times without apologising. Explained this to the owner she was like ok. Not apologising or saying take £5 off or anything. Plus prices where not clear on the board. Very disappointed £28 later - so will go somewhere else to take them off and redone. Such a waste of money.Salon is clean but this stuff really ticks me off when it’s not even cheap

I have been having my nails done by Ann and her husband for many years since they first opened. I feel incredibly lucky to have them as my local nail shop. Ann is always so enthusiastic with all my nail designs and they have a fantastic selection of colours. Ann is a real perfectionist and I’m always so happy with my nails.
