Trevor applied a very professional and detailed approach to inspecting my new property and was very good at describing, in layman's terms, what he was inspecting and why.

Trevor has inspected multiple houses for me now and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. My inspection report was very thorough and detailed. Trevor made sure to go the extra mile and explain things to me in a way that I could understand. His knowledge is exceptional and he is very patient, I had many questions and he let me tag along during inspections, which I know slowed him down, but he was more than willing to involve me and did so with a great attitude. 100 Mile Home Inspections is priced fairly, no hidden fees or costs, Trevor was up front and honest, no pushy up-sale feeling, paying was a breeze. I felt as if Trevor was performing this inspection on his own home. There are many home inspectors out there, but very few care as much as Trevor does.

Trevor was extremely flexible with our changing schedule, and incredibly thorough. We had Trevor perform a pre-inspection of our newly built home, prior to closing, and we are so glad we did! Trevor found several issues that the builder never would have identified, saving use thousands of dollars, down the road. We could not be happier with the service we received!

Trevor is an amazing inspector, He has always inspected my homes, he's very thorough when it comes to inspecting homes and thats what you want. I have had other inspectors in the past that did a horrible job and in the end cost me thousands. I would not use anyone else Trevor is your guy!

After 30 years selling Real Estate and hundreds of inspections, I can say that Trevor is the best inspector I have ever worked with. He is highly trained, has an eye for potential problems and is very detail oriented. He's also a lot of fun to be around! Trevor came recommended to me by my agent. He was cordial, efficient and thorough. I tagged along so I could learn not only about the operations of the house, but the types of things he looks out for as an inspector. He climbed up on the roof (apparently not everyone does this), pointed out all sorts of details around the house, some significant,like leaks, others small, like missing screws from the electrical panel. The entire time, he was taking pictures for the report and explaining what he was observing along the way, including things that were up to code vs. best practice. The report was clean, well-documented and delivered 3 hours after the inspection, which was beyond impressive. I had all sorts of questions, which he patiently answered both during the inspection and afterwards. Email correspondence was always quick, and most importantly of all, I never felt talked down to, especially as a woman. Highly recommend Trevor to anyone looking for a home inspector.

Trevor was recommended by a friend for a home inspection on a house we considered to make an offer.
