Safe Care Home Support

I enjoyed volunteering for Safe Care Home Support, taking care of their website and technical related tasks if needed.The management is understanding and care for there staff and clients, they will solve any issues there is in a timely manner.It never felt like a job, it always felts like you were rewarded every day and worked next to family and not just co-workers.

I can honestly say that Neda saved my mom's life. We were at our wits end and was going to put her in a care home. Neda came into our lives and my mom is so much happier and healthier.She is professional, kind, loyal, and goes above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about her. You will not be disappointed with choosing Safe Care Home Support.However I find dealing with the company itself extremely frustrating. I cannot seem to get consistency with the billing. Am constantly asking for invoices so that I don't get billed for 1 or 2 months at a time.Communication with their clients seems to be an issue. Some of these accounting issues could have been resolved if the company had just contacted me.

As someone who is very passionate about ensuring families affected by dementia receive good quality support, I would like to share that I have been very impressed with the service that Safe Care Home Support has been providing to their clients affected by dementia. In a few circumstances, I have witnessed my clients expressing their appreciation towards Safe Care for their interest and ability to beflexible and accommodating. The client and the family's needs were met even in situations where it appeared to be a challenge. Someone came to clean my bathroom and brokey expensive shower head. I heard a very loud clatter while she was cleaning but I just thought she dropped something.I splurged on it because it's one that makes it easy to use with my shower chair.Right after the woman left, I went to have a shower and now there is water spraying all over my wall behind the shower head. It's also just hanging limply and I can't turn it in the direction to even hit me properly while on my chair. The wall is not tiled so I'm worried it's going to mild or rot and I rent my home. I called about it and the woman I talked to just said employees aren't supposed to touch shower heads.but that she will call the cleaner and ask. I didn't hear back until she was calling to me to make another appointment. What about my shower head ? I can't afford $50 to replace it and this one was very specific to my needs.

Could not have been happier with the thought and care this company gave to my Mom. Jovy was outstanding at the initial assessment and chose the caregiver ( Jill) carefully. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you both very much!!

I was very fortunate to discover Massi from Safe Care Home Support.I was hit by car in the parking lot as a pedestrian. I had a major wound to my head and to my leg. Massi has a mobile nurse service. so she came to my home which was great because I couldn't travel. She came and changed the dressings every day I needed it.I was very happy with her service. I then discovered she has a complete team of home care health professionals. She organized all the services that I needed. Homecare, a cleaning service, massage, a counsellor and referral to a kinesiologist.I would highly recommend her and her team of professionals.
