Amazing customer service and workmanship! We were in town for a ball tournament and someone hit the bumper on our rental. The damage was significant and we were quite stressed. Showed up without an appointment and Paul and wife immediately told us they would do their best to help us out, even though it appeared they were quite busy. She kindly drove us to the tournament in her own vehicle so we could still watch our kids play and picked us up after the work was completed. The repair work was so well done we couldn’t even tell where the damage had been. They charged us next to nothing for the repair and I’m sure that if we had taken it elsewhere it would have cost us significantly more. So thankful that we found this business as they went above and beyond!

We have had to use Regional Auto Collision on a few occasions over the years (unfortunately/fortunately). Paul and Karen are always friendly, understanding, fair, honest and timely. Communication is excellent and the work is done well and just as described. I would recommend them 100%! In one incident we were directed by insurance to another shop - never again! It was a completely different experience (for the worse) - I now insist on going to Regional Auto Collision. They do a great job of turning a negative annoying accident into a positive interaction.

I am late to review as my vehicle was fixed back in June, but a huge shout out to Paul and the team at RAC. I had some underlying damage on my 2012 G37X that became apparent a few months after purchasing the car. After Paul examined my vehicle, it was determined that it was in an accident went through a backyard fix" before it went up for sale (Carfax came up clean during the sale). From the hood

Paul and his team did an amazing job with my 89 Ford Mustang coupe. The cowl was damaged when my Fibre glass hood flipped up on me while at the track causing it to unlatch itself and cracked the cowl grill and largely damaged the metal. The cowl to was damaged on the corners and it looked bad. My car now is beautiful and they the time to fix the metal properly with NO fillers. The cowl hood is perfection and the paint is flawless. I would continue to take all of my vehicles to RAC. Thank you all for making my pride and joy perfect again!!!

If you have need of any body work on your vehicle, this is the place to go. I recently had some damage on my 1968 Camaro (original owner). I tried to find a shop that would take on the repair and after several tries I was directed to RAC. I have to say that Paul, the owner, did an incredible job in matching the paint which was about 20 years old. The toners had changed over the years making it very difficult to match the original colour. I am completely satisfied with the work and I highly recommend RAC. Paul and his wife, Karen are very friendly and very professional.
