This is the second traumatic experience I have at this so-called veterinarian service and if I could give this place less than 0 stars I would. I didn't leave a review after my first awful experience, chalked it up to bad luck, but this second time around I felt it necessary to let other pet owners know to avoid this place at all costs.The night of November 18th, we brought our dog in because she had severe diarrhea and was dehydrated. They suggested to keep her overnight and administer IV fluids, we agreed. That night (8p) they started her on a dose of Metronidazole (Flagyl) for the diarrhea. The following morning (5a), they dosed her again and again at 8p that night.Come November 20th, she had still not gotten better so they suggested to do an ultrasound. They administered the Metronidazole again at 8a and her ultrasound was scheduled for 11:30a. Without consulting us, after her ultrasound, they gave her a sedative because she was anxious. After this dose, she had her first seizure (1pm). In her 13 years of life, she never, ever had seizures. Come 12a, they administered another dose of Metronidazole and moments later she had yet another seizure. They did not inform us that they may have potentially and accidentally overdosed our 17lb dog by pumping her with needless medication.**Edited to add that, after speaking to a technician and getting the dosage amount they gave her per day, they did indeed give her too much Metronidazole for her size. The day of her double seizure, they gave our 17lb dog a double dose of Metronidazole fit for a 35lb dog. We are lucky she is alive.Besides having a history of causing neurological problems (and sometimes even death) in dogs and cats (even at small doses), Metronidazole is a drug that is not even approved by the FDA for use in animals. Furthermore, an extremely quick google search will show you that the drug should not be mixed with ANY sedatives - at all. When she had her first seizure, she was given a sedative only hours after her dose of Metronidazole. Both the veterinarian and technician (I am not going to name names) have said in passing that the Metronidazole *could* have caused her seizures. Neither of them apologized, gave any sort of further explanation and left us to pay a $3200 bill.So, in the end, our dog - who has never had any history of seizures in the past, comes home and is now on anti-seizure medication. Absolutely lethargic, drowsy and not herself. And, to boot, the diarrhea we brought her in for in the first place, came back this morning. $3200 later and we still have no idea what happened to our dog.The sheer negligence from the technicians and veterinarians at this clinic is beyond me. They seemingly do not care about your pets well-being, they simply care about pocketing your money and seeing you in another month to check-in". Please avoid this place at all costs

They are helpful when I need help finding specific types of food for my cat. They have always been kind as well!

I m very glad clinics as this exist to take emergencies even for as small as a budgie

If you have a need of specialized food or accessories for your per this is the place to go. Prices are good comparable to other per stores. People are nice and helpful.

Not a good place at all. They will great you and be nice to you but they are not true pet lovers. Had a very bad experience with their boarding even though it looks clean and wonderful don’t be decieved. The people who work there are not trainers, they just punch in and out and don’t really know to Handle pets. Make sure that you don’t fall for the, give your dog sedatives trick. They can’t handle anything that is out of their comfort zone. The director of the doggy daycare is also not a nice person. Please stay away people. Find a real place, just because it is linked to a vet means nothing, trust us! I hope this review saves a few pet owners from the issues we went through with them!

Horrible! Bad customer service. Rude staff. Told me I was late when I was actually early. Save yourself the time and money and go to a place where they will actually care for your pet

Une super vendeuse m'a bien écouté, et m'a trouver les bonnes croquettes avec probiotique également. Et m'a même proposé une solution de retour au cas où... (car mon caht est très difficile)La dame à ma caisse a été aussi très agréable. Ça fait vraiment plaisir d'être si bien conseillé.
