I have been going to Free Flo when I needed to. Prior to my first total knee replacement. Following the right total knee replacement. Prior and after my left total knee replacement. And lastly following a back injury at work, though not covered by WSIB. Everyone is excellent, friendly and professional. I could have gone closer to home, but once I found them and how good they were the first time, I just had to keep coming back.

Very personalized programs and a real positive place for physio rehabilitation. I thought I was in need of a very invasive surgery and now because Free flow I have healed way better than I thought possible and am almost back to normal. Thank you Steph and the free-flow family!

Ryan solved my issue within one visit. His knowledge of the body and how it's supposed to move is tremendous. He cured a 7 year pinched nerve and I can walk so much more freely. Wise choice.

Highly recommend Freeflo! I've been working with both Emily & Alicia since injuring my upper back a few months ago. The staff are super friendly, the facility is very clean & there's lots of free parking.

I had a sports injury and was limping for a couple of weeks. I saw Emily Lowry and she diagnosed my injury, did some stretches and a treatment and the next day my limp was gone. She gave me some exercises to do at home Thank you Emily. I'm as good as new. Dorothy C.

I've had a total knee replacement and am so happy that I'm working with Ryan at Freeflo. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and the environment is very inviting. Ryan is a great motivator. After a session I feel like I've accomplished a goal and am willing to continue the hard work at home. I don't think I'd be as successful on this journey without Freeflo in my corner. Thanks everyone

Professional company very hands-on everyone there is very friendly very nice. This is a company that builds relationships and it doesn’t just look at you as a client. My physician was Ryan every time I go in Graham always says hello, front desk is also very nice always ask how my day is. I recommend this company because it’s a small town and close to home right downtown Lakefield very nice and clean establishment. I believe and I know that Ryan knows what he’s doing and he knows how to run a proper business.
