We are from the Niagara area and we were having trouble with our truck hours away from our home and destination. Vince took it for a drive and gave us his diagnoses,advice and confidence we needed to get us home. He could have easily charged us for any repair but was nothing but friendly, informative and honest. Incredibly honest, fast and efficient. Car broke down on a road trip from Northern Ontario to Calgary. Only 5 hrs on the road and landed here due to car issues. On my road trip across Canada, my truck started making an intermittent grinding noise . I pulled into Vince auto pro to see if they could check things out. They had me up on the hoist within 30 mins . Checked wheel bearings, axles , hubs, oils etc.. Which gave me peace of mind to finish the trip, as there was no visible indication of what the intermittent grinding noise was, without tearing stuff apart to investigate the noise. Thanks again for the quick service and care.

This garage was professional, very friendly and did the job right! My car broke down in Hearst. After it sat at the Canadian Tire in Hearst for three days only to be told they could neither diagnose nor fix the problem, Vince's Auto Repair was recommended to be. They honestly could not have been nicer - the receptionist was empathetic and really worked with me to understand the issue. The mechanic who worked on the car did a great job! And it was a very good value.

I live in White River and vinces auto shop is a 250km drive for me, 100kms away and even in my town theres auto shops.But after only one visit im sure ill be making the trip there again if i can, to get work done. Its worth the extra 150km drive to get the service and piece of mind having a compitant mechanic working on your means of transportation.

I took my car in to get my brake pads changed, told him I needed 2 pads changed and that I was uncertain about the other two and for him to check himself. He ordered 4 break pads, only used 2 and then charged me a service fee to return the other 2 because he did not need them. on top of that he charged me 2.5 HOURS OF LABOUR TO CHANGE 2 BREAK PADS. This man is a hack. DO NOT bring your car here unless you want to be ripped off! Especially if you are not a local

Vince Auto Repair is the real deal. Probably one of the best experiences we have had during our road trip. Our camper van suffered a nearly catastrophic failure. We were luckily able to baby it to this garage. Vince was very amiable and more than accommodating. He put us at ease and assured us that he would solve our issue. He not only immediately diagnosed the problem but also found a solution and was able to get us on the road again in less than 2 hours. Added bonus was that the repair bill much lower than expected. This is a family owned business with old school knowledge and sincere care and love for the trade. The only thing I could wish for is that they are closer to my home so I can send all my vehicles here for service ;)Thank you Vince Auto Repair!
