Horrible service. The pharmacist was disrespectful and consistently condescending throughout our interaction. Not sure if he had a bad experience with the customer before myself nonetheless that doesn't justify the unprofessional service which I received. I would rate this place a zero if I could.

I'm not normally one to write review but the service I received fom Lou and the other staff was absolutely outstanding. I went for 2nd vaccine after putting it off for months as the first time I passed out and hurt myself at another pharmacy. Lou went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe providing me with water, chocolate and amazing words of wisdom. I cannot suggest this pharmacy enough.

Bank street Pharmacy is one of a kind. The service they provide is exceptional. Their knowledge is very helpful and thorough. You enter their door and you become part of their family. Went for bivalent COVID-19 booster. No wait, friendly & professional service. Store could use a bit of an upgrade, but is clean and surprisingly well stocked for such a small pharmacy. Have recommended to others as a good place to get the booster.
