I had no idea where to start when I walked into LensCrafters at the mall. I had come to choose my first pair of glasses and was instantly overwhelmed by the choices and information. Luckily I had the help of two fantastic employees, Susan and Marie. Marie explained how the store was laid out so I could find what I was looking for. Susan answered all of my technical questions I had about my prescription and also helped me with questions about the styles and look of the glasses. Super, SUPER knowledgable!! Overall great experience buying glasses from LensCrafters!

I purchased new glasses this week and was very pleased with the selection and service I received. The person who assisted me, Dorian, was very helpful in finding the right pair; at no time did I feel pressured or hurried. I always receive excellent service at this location , everyone seems professional, which is why I keep coming back. Also, the selection is much better.

I have never had so much fun trying on glasses before! Edith was very patient, helpful and honest when helping me try out glasses! I had frameless glasses for 15 year and wanted frames and she helped me find glasses that were perfectly suited to my face shape and personality! Thanks Edith for everything! I can't say enough about the service I received at LensCrafters, particularly from Trish. She spent a lot of time helping me, considering my unique optical needs. She was very patient and I never felt rushed. She understood what kind of glasses and lenses I was looking for and she helped me find the perfect frame. She is a Licensed Optician and very knowledgeable. In addition, I really like that LensCrafters has a 30 day Happiness guarantee and that they accept CAA. They have a lot of selection and their prices are reasonable too. I would not hesitate to recommend LensCrafters and, in particular, Trish. After so many years of trying to find glasses which I'm comfortable wearing, I was finally successful!

I couldn't have asked for a better welcoming and comfortable situation with having two children with me. The man who assisted me was quick and no pressure. He guided me to the appropriate frame section for my budget and let me do my thing. He was very efficient and fast getting everything processed.
