Use only if you wanna spoil your weekend. We rented car and the guy just didn't come to work in the morning

I've been here for 20 minutes and they barely helped one customer. Service is mind-bogglingly slow. Not recommended if you're in a rush and need to pickup a car you ALREADY RESERVED WEEKS IN ADVANCE HOPING TO GET FAST SERVICE.

Worst experience I have ever had with a car rental agency. I showed up to gather the car I booked ( on holidays and driving from Montreal to Toronto) several months previously and the clerk advised me they literally had no cars available. Her only solution was to call the train and see if there were any seats available for me to book at 3 times the cost of what I booked the car for. There was no heads up before I arrived, no suggestion to pay for my train tix.. nothing. Horrible

Just tried to rent through their website and it was rejecting" my cards. Minutes later I check my statements and all my attempts had been billed without us getting a confirmation of our rental.Now

The best place to rent a car!! The woman at the counter is all about customer service; she understands what customer experience is all about: fast service, knowledgable and informative, product/service availability, goes the extra mile. Congratulations!

The service and speed here is incompatible. I was in and out of here with a new 2018 car in less than 10 minutes. The return of the car was equally easy. The choice of cars and service here are great and you'll always get a really new car, so new the new car smell hasn't faded. If you want to do a road-trip and want a peace of mind with your car, head to this place.

I've rented a lot of cars from quite a few different companies and the service at this Avis was excellent. Will definitely rent from them again!

Service here is always fast and reliable. Cars are always clean and in good condition. We use them frequently and never had an issue.

Although the car was fine, and pickup was more or less seamless, the drop off was anything but. If you are going to have holiday hours, you need to inform your clients. After arriving at 7:30 am, I had to call their hotline to find out that they don't open till 9 am. No notice on their door or website, nor a recorded message on their phone line. When I picked up the car, they made a point to tell me to drop off the car by 10 am or I'd be charged an extra day. It would have been nice to have been told that they only opened at 9! In the 20 minutes I stood there, calling their help line, 5 other people showed up to drop off their cars. If it was only me, I'd pass it off as forgetfulness, but that many people means they just didn't tell anyone. After wandering around for over an hour in the cold, I didn't even get a standard robotic apology, just a nod to a piece of paper on their counter listing their holiday hours.
