We are extremely happy with our experience with Burrell Overhead Door! Our expectations were met in every single way, from door selection through to professional and timely installation. In addition to that, the quality of the door is exceptional.

Have been a user of Burrell for many years. My last use was a service call for a broken spring. Tech showed up on time took a measure of repair and said would phone when he would return in a day or two. He did show up 2 days later without a call. did the repair and was paid. When repairing, I noticed he was using a tool that was just like mine. A small vice grip with blue handle. This is not a tool used by repair men. Days later went to use the same tool and found it missing. I phoned to ask if he had taken it by mistake. He did say he did not, but he lied about using it. It is not the price of the tool or it's replacement. It is about trust. After all these years I do not recommend this company any longer. It sadden me

Poor customer service especially the receptionist and the sales guy Joe D'Angelo. When you call the receptionist she does not even tell you that she will connect you to the sales guy and just put you through. No customer service for a big company like that. Now when you left message with that Joe he does not return your phone call. He even told me that even I put bad reviews on the receptionist nothing will be changed. Very unprofessional. I have bought my garage door 15 years ago with Burrell and the customer service was so good at that time. That is why I wanted to change my garage door to match my front door and this is what customer service I am getting.

Called this service twice and left detailed messages but no one returned my call. It has been about 3 weeks since my first call and a week since my second call. All I needed was for someone to come an d service my overhead garage door. Ended up calling another company and received a call within the hour. Not impressed Burrell.

We just had amazingly good repair service from Burrell. Jeff repaired the problem quickly and inexpensively. My son then asked him to look at the back door of the garage (hardly Burrell's problem) and Jeff fixed the problem with the lock in about a minute. A locksmith hadn't been able to fix it!

Service was prompt friendly and efficient. Jeff did what was required and then some. I would strongly recommend Burrell Overhead doors to anyone.

I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Mike, Lili and Jeff. I was in need of a new garage door opener right away and the ability to provide the resolution so quickly exceeded my expectations.

Burrell Overhead Door came through! They replaced our door in an emergency all in one day! The team was professional and helpful! They came first thing in the morning to take measurement and installed the door by end of business day. We highly recommend them to all local business and commercial properties. Installed correctly - within a reasonable price. Thank you so much for everything!

My experience with Burrell Garage Doors has been very good. Last week the metal cable on the right side of our garage door broke. Today , they came on time, replaced the cable and replaced the cable on the left side also. I was going to ask them to do that, but serviceman Jeff did it without asking. Price was $165 including tax, which seemed reasonable to me.
