These people can't drive to save their lives. Pulled out in front of me in their van with their logo right on it and made me slam on my brakes and almost caused a very bad car accident I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Go back to driving school. Better yet, do everyone a favor and stop driving.

Was looking for a chair to help my work from home situation. She was phenomenal and found me a custom chair that is absolutely perfect. Added features I love that I didn’t have before and was super helpful the whole time.

Incredibly quick and high quality service. Wanted to order a unimouse but couldn't order one in Canada directly from contour. Ergonow was listed as a Canadian partner, so I ordered from their website.Received it in perfect condition within two days. I've worked with ErgoNow on two commercial projects and my home office. I couldn't speak more highly of the experience. Every interaction has been professional, well organized, and thorough. They've gone the extra mile in every aspect from measuring all staff, coming up with creative solutions with limited space and pre-existing furniture, and making sure the end result looks great. They have a wide variety of products and were patient as I reviewed countless fabrics and materials to find what I was looking for. If you're aiming to create an ergonomic and aesthetic setup, I would definitely recommend them for a project of any size.

We have bought two standing desks from Ergonow. Their selection is great, service is excellent and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

If you are looking to purchase any office equipment I highly recommend using Ergonow. They reached out to our plant after 9 years of purchasing office chairs from them to inform us that the chairs were under warranty for one more year and asked if we wanted them serviced to repair any damages before the coverage expired. It is great that a company would reach out after that many years to ensure their customers are still receiving the best service from their products. Angela came onsite to assess all the chairs and was a great help finding any problems with the chairs that they could fix. Not only did she note any defects on the chair but also made sure everyone was comfortable and content with their chair and answered any questions individuals had about their chairs. Not long after once the parts arrived Jeff came to repair the chairs. You can tell Jeff loves his job and he is also great at it! He repaired over a dozen chairs throughout the whole plant, from one end to another, in a very timely manner. Both Angela and Jeff went above and beyond to ensure that not only the company was happy with their service but also that the users of these chairs were comfortable and happy in their products. Not only are Angela and Jeff great at their jobs but they are also very personable and caring people!Thanks Ergonow!

I was in the market looking for a chair that would improve my posture and have all the bells and whistles that make an ergonomic chair great. I had the great pleasure of working with Angela C., who was incredibly patient and kind. She went through the pros and cons of all the chairs I looked at and I had numerous follow up appointments (granted it was an investment and I wanted to be sure I made the right decision) to quell my questions and concerns. Even though I flipped between chairs on multiple occasions, Angela was ALWAYS accommodating to me. If I'm ever in the market for a chair again, Ergonow will definitely be the first place I go to and do business. After starting a desk job for about 2 years now, I knew something wasn't right with my set up given my lower back and neck discomfort. I happened to open up a community magazine received in the mail. By far the best thing I could have ever done!!! Sue came to my home and assessed my office set up and chair positioning, etc. She measured some things, switched some things around and gave me a TONNE of pointers to help. Today marks day 2 since she came to my house and I can honestly say my back is not bothering me. Not forgetting to mention she is so professional and passionate about what she does. You can tell she really just wants to help people out. I am so grateful to have had her come. It was worth every penny and i would 10/10 recommned this service!
